How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hmm if I had to say I dint like something it would be the price of the snack bar. Over priced snacks its not a carnival its a hotel.
I liked the fact that when there was a minor issue they jumped on it as soon as possible. They were very friendly from front desk to the cleaning crew/help.

Nothing At Not To Like Tbh !!! Oh lol no smoking rooms :/
It was super clean , breakfast included , laundry gym ! They accommodated everything I needed for me and my son’s stay ! They even have a shuttle to the American Dream Mall ! Awesome

What I did not like was the mattress. They’re a bit hard and the pillows are so soft, you really do not get neck support with even two pillows.
The property is very clean. As soon as I walked in it smelled clean and scented. Everything was clean from the lobby to the inside of our room. The location is also quiet and around the corner from the American Dream mall. Also, the staff responsible for breakfast and making sure the area is clean did an exceptional job. They were attentive to keeping all foods hot and ready and the area clean. I love a clean place and they did it well. Please praise them for their hard work because I sure noticed it.

Breakfast was not so bad but there’s no extra restaurant so you have to eat in lobby which is quite crowded to eat with your family.
Nice hotel to visit New York. There’s a bus station in front of the hotel and it’s 20 minutes to port authority bus terminal in downtown which is 5 minutes walk to Times Square.

There's nothing directly around it so don't expect to be strolling to a restaurant - it's in the middle of an industrial area it seems - but, with a car, easy to get to restaurants in the area.
Great variety for breakfast, including three hot items. The room was clean and well-appointed. The staff was really great as well...Katrina, at the front desk, was so patient and helpful. Location was good for NYC - the bus stop across the street is the last stop before the bus heads straight to the Port Authority Bus Station in New York. And because the bus takes a dedicated lane, it's a pretty predictable 25-30 minute bus ride.

I love that I found this location. I snowboard at Big Snow and my commute is over 2 hr away so after the drive and an exhilarating snow day, this location is PERFECT for some great R&R!

The only thing I would change is that the air conditioning did not stay on consistently, and we had to adjust it multiple times during the night to turn back on. This wouldn’t stop me from staying again, but something I am just aware of.

Loved everything
The staff were so helpful / excellent location for the Oasis concert at MetLife. Shuttle bus driver took us to the mall - he was do nice. And the deal with Redd’s was a perfect way to get to & from MetLife. Staff told us how to get to NYC on the bus.

One of the main factors for booking the hotel was for the Peloton but unfortunately the bike wasn't functioning.
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was as expected. The location is wonderful and they provide a clean and comfortable shuttle to the mall.

Located in New Jersey, this hotel was perfect for our first time visiting the Big Apple. Only 20 mins from NYC and in a great location. Free parking and breakfast was a bonus. Breakfast was simple but easy. The room was comfortable and the walk-in shower was great. The hotel and room were extremely clean and felt very safe. It was a bargain compared to hotels in downtown NY. Highly recommend.

Shower needed fixing, it was just a drizzle which was a little disappointing. Breakfast was extremely busy with not enough seating. But food was good
