Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe breakfast was just okay. Didn't love the lack of options but it was mid tier as far as complementary breakfasts go.
The staff was BEYOND friendly. They were so nice and ready to help with anything that I asked. The room was a good size and had a nice view and the parking was easy to navigate. We were in STL for an event at The Dome and it was literally just steps away. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 15th floor with an Arch and Mississippi River view. 15 minutes walk to the Arch, so location was great. It has a laundry, which worked very well. Nice size room, clean and tidy with lots of towels. Great blackout curtains over large windows.

Staff on desk were friendly and fun and helpful. Bods were comfy. Pool was great - i was the only one in there at 6am and had a great sunrise. Complimentary breakfast. Great location for the arch. Parking available.

United StatesI didn't like that the only microwave was located in the lobby and I had to pay for parking at a hotel I paid to stay at, you charged me $33 a night on top of the grand I already spent to stay the week for. That's not right of a highly recommend place to charge paying guest to park at your hotel they paid to stay at.

United StatesThe first night, we got back from the ball game and the shower didn't work. But we let the front desk know and the sent up a maintenance man and he had it fixed in minutes.
The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The location felt very safe and was close to everything. Best part was that they allow a golf cart tour driver to park outside who will take you all over the city. Will definitely stay again

United StatesAfter an event the traffic gets clogged around the hotel because of the ramp to the MLK bridge. Just something to note. We were there for a game and it took a few to manouver ourselves to where we could get to the entrance.
It’s right downtown, very close to everything. The room was clean and the view was great. I couldn’t get the AC to crank down as low as I would have liked, but it wasn’t hot by any stretch. I just like meat locker temps. The water pressure was fine and no problem with hot water. Fridge and all the basics in the room(no microwave). Bed was pretty firm, had a little trouble sleeping. Linens were comfortable. Building is older, I had stayed here decades ago but it had been decently maintained. Staff I spoke to were all friendly and helpful. We didn’t do the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that. Parking was $30/night. Average downtown. The garage is tight, but no getting around that.
