The girl who checked us in was absolutely amazing and needs a raise she was so nice and accommodating.

There was a group across the hall that had lots of people in the room screaming and yelling until 2 am. The elevators were so slow we had to wait 20 min for one on the 15th floor

Breakfast was perfect as well as the room/commodities. Staff were all friendly and helpful, we had a great stay although it was an extra night due to truck repairs. Thanks again!!

    Don't have any complaints.

Plenty of space to drive up and load/unload your car before parking. Sturdy luggage carts made it easy to get everything to the room. Room was clean and comfortable.

Neighborhood surrounding this hotel was pretty rough - I did not feel comfortable taking my dogs out for a walk or potty break off the hotel premises at night. The parking attendant was smoking cigarettes right outside the lobby as early as 7 a.m. when I took my dogs out first thing in the morning. The whole entrance smelled like smoke. This hotel charges $75 for a pet fee and $30 to park in the garage or secured lot. That's pretty much the same as the rate I paid for one night, so the extras are high IMO. Breakfast was a bit of a s*** show - I saw a woman take 8 pieces of bread! The kids were all over the waffle machine and there was lots of noise. I got in and grabbed some eggs and a banana and got out of there real fast. Check-in took about 20 minutes - there was a long line of people waiting to check in and only one person working the desk. I also booked this hotel because it looked like it was literally on the Archway National Park, but there is a massive highway separating the hotel area from the park, so it's a bit of a walk over or under the highway.

The staff was BEYOND friendly. They were so nice and ready to help with anything that I asked. The room was a good size and had a nice view and the parking was easy to navigate. We were in STL for an event at The Dome and it was literally just steps away. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The breakfast was just okay. Didn't love the lack of options but it was mid tier as far as complementary breakfasts go.

Location, arch view room. Kayla and Jacob were both great but Kayla was top notch! They interacted with my kids, it was very clean. Breakfast was good with a good variety, short walk to the arch.

Having to pay for parking. Booked and paid for a room and still have to pay for a room.
