We had 2 tvs 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. I had to call the desk 2 times because one in the bedroom stopped working.

I Loved the room upgrade. The food was excellent. I have stayed there before.

My first room smelled like mildew but they quickly moved me to another room. There was a huge roach on the wall on that floor and I ended up moving again. Did not sleep well due to all the changes. But the staff was super nice and accommodations safe.

The property is conveniently located n proximity to Duke University.

While I understand that this may be a pet friendly hotel, my room smelled just like a dog had just stayed there and it smelled and did NOT smell clean. Actually I sprayed Lysol everywhere and the smell just wouldn't go away. I would recommend cleaning the carpet in that room. Also, it may be helpful if those with pets stayed in a different floor or side n of the hotel. That way, when guest stay there that are nut used to the smell of pets that you don't feel the uncleanliness.

    Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I only stayed for one day and night, but everything was smooth and very comfortable, and I had no concerns during my stay.

The staff here were wonderful! I arrived at 6 AM with no reservation after a terrible early check-in experience at another closeby hotel I had booked (Millennium Durham), and they welcomed me right away. Check-in was seamless, my stay was comfortable, and check-out was just as smooth. The room itself was clean, cozy, and very comfortable - I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It is a lovely hotel. But I thought $20 for the breakfast was much too expensive, and the few items I did buy were highly inflated. Given the area, I think lower price points for dining would be appropriate.

Bed was comfortable, hotel was clean. Staff wanted to solve problems.

My one criticism is the lighting in restaurant and lobby…the LEDs are to bright and harsh..:could be warmer

Older Hilton property getting a fresh renovation…sometimes renos do more to show the age of a property…for this one, it really gave it a new life. Solid 3* and good value near Duke.

Our room didn’t have the blanket pack for the pull out couch (and we indicated that our daughter was traveling with us). I tried calling the front desk so they could send one up to us, but no one answered (I called several times). We did go back downstairs to get the sheets and blankets but there were no pillows available.

The folks at the front desk were very nice.

We paid extra for breakfast but the 3 times we had it they ran out of food. We didn’t use pool due to the weather but what we saw of it from the window it looked like the concrete needed to be replaced. No hot drinks available in the evening.

I was placed on a wing where construction was actively ongoing. The sign in the lobby stated that construction would only happen between the hours of 10 AM and 5 PM, however, on day one the construction began earlier and on day two it ran much later.

This may be one of the loveliest hotels I have stayed in as of late. The decor was very attractive and the beds were very comfortable. The room service from the Grill downstairs was outstanding, the food was wonderful, and in my opinion, a good value. The staff went out of their way to be very welcoming.

The room has two queen beds which means four people can sleep in that room. However, there is just one uncomfortable chair. Is it not possible to put one more chair in the room?

The main parking area seemed a bit small for the size of the hotel. I was forced to park my Ram pick up farther away than what I wanted. There was a damaged wall outlet in our room, and we were forced to charge our devices on the far end of the room

The room was great. I was extremely happy with the staff at check in. They were very professional and very helpful.
