Rooms were nice and clean. Room services every day! Plenty of hot water with complimentary shampoo, and soap. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit every morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ice machine on same floor.

When we were trying to get in 45 minutes before the check-in time, the girl at the front desk said none of the rooms were ready. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot. How could she know if our room was ready if she didn't even look at the computer. She just was so overworked leaning back in her chair. Hated to interrupt her relaxation. I just hated to start my mini vacation when we couldn't even get ready to go out for dinner with the family.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Had plenty of counter space for snacks.The breakfast girl was pleasant and helpful. She kept the food filled.

The window bling need to put batteries was not working at all the lady taking care tell me not battery. , also in the morning at soon im try to leave the guy at the from desk tell me nooo you had till the 19 where was my Solprice . Our room was not ready on time. I needed to change for an event and had to change in a conference room. I had called in the morning to confirm a room would be available and it was not.

Free breakfast. Good sized room with sofa. Nice shower. Indoor pool if that's your thing.

Unfortunately we got placed on the second floor, which would not have bad but the people on the floor above us walked the floors all night it seemed. Someone jumped and felt like the ceiling was gonna come down. Scared us right out of bed. Definitely will be more selective when we stay again

My only critique of the bathroom is that the shower tiles looked old or like they needed a scrub. The front desk staff was not the most responsive to phone calls from in the room. However, they did answer my questions when I was able to reach them.

The room I got was a king-size bed with a couch and additional sink. It was spacious, clean, and exactly as advertised. The bathroom was clean and functional. The TV had a wide selection of cable channels. The microwave and refrigerator worked. The A/C worked, though it was a little loud. The room had plenty of lights and outlets. Very satisfied with my room. Breakfast was standard in terms of flavor, but the variety was great. There were multiple proteins, carbs, some fruit, and drinks. I personally love hotel breakfast, and this one was super convenient. The breakfast staff were also pleasant, and they constantly refilled food. This is just information, not a critique: I called prior to my arrival, so I knew that the chances of checking in early were slim due to the hotel's busyness that day on a holiday weekend. I arrived around 2 pm, and I was unable to check in early as expected. However, when I returned about an hour later, I checked in at 3 pm (which is the advertised time for check-in) with no issue. I recommend calling ahead if you plan to arrive early to set your expectations. On the morning of my checkout, I asked the front desk staff about checking out an hour late, and my request was granted with no issue. This was a huge plus and allowed me more time to relax with my company before returning home.
