The rooms are small. The beds were too. I wanted a king all they had (or had available) were queen. The AC smelled like it had mold in it. We reported to the desk clerk at check out.

Room was small but was nice enough and clean, however the bathroom needed some attention. It looked like they had laid new flooring but didn't do walls or baseboards. We also had some blood on the ledge of the tub so we didn't get to shower.

Evening front desk staff. I asked the lady about food delivery options. She was indifferent to my request. I was extremely tired in an unfamiliar place on a Sunday afternoon. There was no data in the room. I’m 65 years old. Her attitude and reaction to my request for information about food options upset me. I will rethink my next visit which is scheduled this month.

On Booking they tell you your total fee and when you arrive they charge you at site for deposit . That should be explained in the fees before they charge you. And after day 5 I still have not received my deposit.

I called in advance about my service dog and was assured I would just get asked the two legal questions. The clerk at check in asked for paperwork. In the US there is no paperwork or certificate required.He then said if the dog barks we will get kicked out some service dogs task by barking too alert or to get help for the handler. The next morning my autistic son and I went to breakfast and the lady was extremely rude. I was directing my child where to get butter which he thought was the waffle batter was butter she rudely talked over me saying there is no butter in there. she then followed him around acting like he was making a mess when he wasn't. She also did the same thing behind my husband. No other family's were treated that way.

Everything else. Front desk lady had an attitude & was hesitant to give me a room(I am capable of booking the Entire hotel if I wanted to). I was also only given one card. If we are going to judge based on appearances, then I will do so to the property as well. Several furniture items, including toilets, flickering room lights, a mess,etc (most certianly NOT quality & NOT worth the money) Not to mention the cleaning staff barged in(there was no "Do Not Disturb" signs provided. Very low quality establishent. There was an evident diffrence in the customer service/attitude the 2nd lady had (younger one, I believe 2nd shift). She was extremely lovely & provided great service. In contrary to the older woman who was constantly condescending to me & other customers of color. It seems to me she was having microsggressions to people of color although we were all respectful & hardoworkers. She spoke to me rudley when I first got there, then was babying the hardworking men when they were trying to get their breakfast. I have stayed at several 5 star hotels regulary all over the counrty & overseas, however this was a quick booking as we were exhausted. In brief, this establishment is NOT worth the money, there is no "Quality" to be seen or ecperienced

Onlyt the younger lady who was extremely lovely. I belive she was day shift.
