The shower was not good. No pressure. The mattress was horrible. Whole place needs a makeover.

The hot water ran out on me in the morning, but it was fine the night before. The emergency exit / back door had loose screws on the door knob like someone tried to break in. Luckily, there was a dead bolt so I didn’t mind. The carpet edges had powder like the ones used to deodorize carpet. Otherwise it was a nice property. I only needed to sleep, and I slept like a baby especially with your amazing price and their superb mattress. Thank you.

Location was great. It was by Main Street where all the nice coffee shops are. The beach where my friends were camping at was nearby. The mattress was the best I’ve had in any hotel, and I usually stay at a Marriott.

There was damage on the walls and door frames that should have been repaired. There wasn't enough toilet paper.

I liked the rooms and the location. I love that it was pet friendly. The fireplace in the room was great and the television was really big!

Sand in the corners, not enough electric outlets, coffee pot was very dirty and hair dryer had come off the wall but was not fixed, just layer under the sink. No light by either bed. Rusted out bottom to the air conditioner, but it did work.

Needs maintenance upkeep the carpet by the door to the patio was totally tore up. We had a one bedroom suite had two refrigerators one microwave and one coffee pot one of the refrigerators froze. Everything the other refrigerator didn’t work.

The shower did not work and the tap head came off in my hand. When I complained about this, I got a reluctant “sorry I’ll speak to my manager” a partial refund would’ve been more acceptable.

The husband was nicer, he had better customer service skills, then his wife and hotel staff(cleaning ladies) were nice .

The location was close to a park and the beach. The family suite was perfect. We are a family of 7.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, but reallly nothing is like your own bed at home.

Owners were very friendly and always available if needed. They were able to accommodate my request for 2 adjacent rooms. The Inn is located right off the freeway providing easy access to get to the Embarcadero and beaches. The room, beds and bath were clean.

Old building, missing battery in smoke detector, found bottles under furniture and someone else's soap in shower. Wanted us out as soon as possible so they could ready the room for the next customer, but wouldn't let us book in early.

Center patio area had a lot of "stuff" - clothes, toys, etc. Wish TV had a bit more than 12 channels - or even a smart TV so we could stream from our phones

Clean, comfy rooms - great staff was super friendly & helpful. Great prices. Room was very clean. Nice little balcony patio was an unexpected bonus.

The hotel manager and cosmetics of the rooms.

The hotel was good, but I reserved Excectutive Suite with two rooms. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the rooms could use a touch up on the paint. If I pay top dollar for there best rooms I expect issues of this nature to be fixed, not a eye sore. The hotel manager was hard to understand his English and kept demanding my wife's credit card. I explained that she will not be present for my stay but she is the one who reserved it for me. It took a while for him to understand that this is payed for already, but he finally caught on.
