The facility is excellently planned - bedrooms are just right size. The bathroom is great. Outside there is rest area greatly designed. Living room and kitchen are exceptional.

Such a nice place - we could have moved in permanently! Within walking distance of shops, cafes and information centre (open from 8am - very helpful staff). Spacious roads around property but quiet. No problem parking right outside front of property. Great location for Arches and Canyonlands, plus the Colorado River along route 128 just west of Moab is very scenic and quiet. All very enjoyable and coming home to this place made it perfect 😃

The only problem we've got was technical, but it did spoil the otherwise fantastic stay. The HVAC unit. It was horribly noisy, both from the inside and outside. We reported the problem to the host and she really tried her best to help. The maintenance team tweaked something and it became much more silent... but just for some while and then reverted back. I hope this problem will be finally solved...

A very nice, modern, spacious and comfortable two-bedroom apartment. Clean and tidy. Comfortable big beds. Very good bathroom with a tub. Fully equipped and stuffed kitchen. Comfortable and cosy sitting area. Nice terrace. Great complimentary private parking at the property. The property also has a very nice common space with a grill and a hot tub. Location is also great - quiet, yet just couple blocks from the very center of Moab. The host is also very nice and attentive, and is really striving to solve the problems, if any occur.

We both felt the need for more information on how certain things worked. For example we could not figure out the air conditioning. The coffee maker was temperamental. So was the keyless door. We are both over 80 and sometimes struggle in this push-button age! A simple explanatory booklet would have helped. However, it did not spoil our holiday. If we return to Moab we would use it again.

The condo was very classy. Great decor, clean, very comfy beds. Towels were superb! The owner checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Entry and exit were a snap. Very nice stay. Thank you!

Nothing to complain about at all! The one thing to note is that there is a pod coffee machine (pods were included!) so if you want to make a large pot of drip coffee you would need your own pot.

Beautiful condo. It is on the second story of a new construction building. The unit is very well appointed and decorated. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Very nice bathroom. Plush high end hotel style towels. Good bedding. All rooms have smart TV's with streaming. Toiletries are included. The home looks to be brand new inside and out. The property has a very nice outside space with two large gas grills, sitting area with gas fireplace and a hot tub. There is plenty of parking. Great location within easy walking distance to the main street of downtown Moab. Highly recommended! The host had great communication and access to the unit was a breeze.

The apartment seemed quite new and clean. Well equipped and nice furnishings. Good location and great area outside to grill and eat. it was good to have laundry facilities. Fan in one bedroom didn’t work and host did not respond when I mentioned that. but unit was air conditioned. otherwise host responsive to questions. would recommend if staying in. moab.
