It was a bit of a distance from the main part of downtown but certainly not far enough not to want to stay there again.

The room was perfect for my adult daughter and myself. Two queen beds, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly. The early evening aperitif hour was lovely.

Construction noise across the street starting very early in the morning. No on-site parking.

Great location walkable to downtown shops, restaurants and a quick drive to Cal Poly and the airport. Spacious room with lovely little touches throughout. Excellent breakfast included — hot coffee like I’d grab at a specialty coffee shop, fresh flaky pastries, fruit and a choice of freshly prepared entrees — wow! Super-friendly, helpful staff.

We were in a ground floor room, and could hear every step the upstairs room occupants took - they should either put carpeting in the upstairs rooms or add much better sound deadening insulation under the floors up there.

Good breakfast, free appetizers and wine in the evening, nice garden and bar.

We were charged extra for our toddler who shared our queen bed room without being notified of the charge. I wish they had let us know about the charge at checkin so that we could have considered getting a larger more comfortable room instead of squeezing into a small bed , which we only did to save cost.

The room was adorable, clean and comfy. The breakfast was incredible. Best french toast I’ve ever had!

This small hotel is run by young people who are very attentive and friendly. Rooms are large and have lots of add ons. The hotel is located close to the middle of SLO and is convenient walking distance even for us who were using a wheelchair. I was especially impressed and thankful for Dante who sent us a bottle of a very nice wine to make up for a very short delay in room availability.

Location is off a Main Street but our room was very quiet.

Lovely room, charming and quaint. I could stay all day inside the room. Great bathroom as well. Staff is very kind and hospitable and a great breakfast!

Nice and cozy club hotel, very close to the town center. They have free parking, nice bar with fair prices. The breakfast was amazing and we liked the patio with a fire. The room is not very big, but it has nice design.

Stylish and comfortable hotel with beautiful sunny courtyard for breakfast/drinks. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We loved it.

The only downside was the noise, the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear absolutely everything that is going outside. The hotel provides face masks and earplugs, which is helpful, but does not entirely solve the privacy and comfort issue.

This is a beautiful French-inspired hotel just a few minutes walk from downtown SLO, where there are loads of restaurants, bars and shops. On arrival we were offered an aperitif, which was an amazing surprise. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious (I would definitely recommend getting the french toast). The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Nothing! The people were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the outdoor patios were delightful! We felt like we had gone to France!! We also got a great recommendation for a wonderful restaurant within walking distance.

The breakfast was beyond our expectations! Hot cheese and ham croissants right out of the oven, fresh fruit and other delicious choices

Unfortunately surrounded by building sites, which we were warned after we booked. They started before 7.30am so pretty noisy. Did let reception know this who were apologetic.

Absolutely nothing. One of the nicest places I have stayed.

The property was small with a lovely bar/dining area and an outside courtyard. The bedroom was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Great bed, linen and shower. A nice minibar if you were tempted. The service was very personal. Lovely helpful staff, such a lovely young team who couldn’t do enough for you. Complimentary drinks and nibbles at 5 pm a lovely touch. Breakfast filling with lovely tempting baking made on the premises

Nothing other than I wish I stayed a bit longer. Looking forward to returning.

From the minute we booked, we were greeted by text and email sharing about the construction. They were open and apologized in advance for any disruption but there was none. The staff greeted us with warmth, our room was ready, and it was beautiful. We had a great breakfast.

Would be nice to offer no alcohol in the room. With such a small room, the alcohol on display was a bit in our face.

Most confortable bed I’ve enjoyed ever in a hotel. Well appointed room. Loved the lobby and courtyards. Man what a breakfast!!!
