Rooms feel like a trip back in time, could definitely use a renovation. Combination of rooms, no cleaning, and no staff seen on premises makes this less ideal for vacation.

It was hard to find parking next to the building when arriving late at night. Perhaps there are fewer parking spots than suites or some guests have more than one car.

The suite was quite spacious, with a 4 chairs dining table, coffee maker, toaster, blender, range, oven and fridge. The beds were soft but maybe some like it that way. There was no daily housekeeping but that didn't bother us. We were there for 3 night but housekeeping had left only 1 pouch coffee and 1 pouch decaf so I had to get some more coffee pouches from the front desk. This was the day before front desk was abolished so it would have been hard to get anything. Please ask if the guests like coffee / decaf and how many will drink coffee so the right number of pouches can be left in the room. If there is a deposit for beach towels, please ask guests how many beach towels would be needed and collect the deposit online and leave those beach towels in the room

Had an issue with laundry. Hours state 8am-10pm. Had our washing in dryer on last night. As we were leaving early in morning. Went to collect it at 9:45pm and was locked out of laundry room. (Pin code wouldn’t allow access). Tried the main office but they close at 8pm. They provide an after hours number for emergencies. Tried that number several times and it would ring out to voicemail. Left a message. No one ever contacted me back. (Lucky it wasn’t a major emergency!!) ended up finding a number for security on the wall and called them. They answered and came and unlocked laundry and said it locks out at 9:50pm.

Close to shops, restaurants etc. easy base to get to attractions around the island. Room sizes and bathroom sizes were good.

The little coffee maker doesn’t work well when making a lot of hot water. You need to fix the sliding door locks. I was in two different rooms n they both were broken. Not safe!

Motel style. The room was blazing hot and super humid when we got there. Normally I wouldn't care but my dad needed to cool down from the day so he wasn't very happy. The a/c eventually cooled it down a few hours later but went to bed sweating. A/c setup was a little strange with a pipe attached to the unit in the bedroom pushing air through a rigged up "vent" to the living room area. The a/c unit was a little loud for my mom for sleeping. Other than that great place for the price.

Very roomie and clean. Kitchen and living room. Staff was super nice and full of Aloha spirit🤙🏼 Drove 2 min to Lava Lava for dinner and live music on the ocean.

Requested ground floor but was not avail, which i understand. Air conditioning does not help at all for the living room. It was so hot and uncomfortable because the little vent connecting the ac from the bedroom barely blows through into the living room.

Old smell in rooms. A kettle in the kitchen would be nice. One da there was no water running in the whole building until 11am due to constructions and the staff didn’t even know about it

There was only one Ac in the parlor so the room was a little warm but it was still a comfortable temperature.

The size and the Jacuzzi was well heated.

Good place in Kauai Island. We were enjoying the peaceful night there. Very close to the beach. Resterants and stores are also close to the suite.

The kitchen stove had only one small burner that worked and the dish drying rack was dirty. There was no broom, no scrubber for pots and only one kitchen towel. Otherwise, it was well equipped.

The location and amenities were great! It was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Also, conveniently located to highway and stores.

The room was not ready at the agreed check-in time of 4 pm. We'd had a long trip to get there and were keen to check in on time!

The pools and hot tub were great! Excellent location to explore the island. It was great to have a full kitchen.

We had to evacuate do to a tsunami and were not able to use the first night because we were stuck up the mountain until almost midight.

The place was great with all of the amenities of a small apartment. The pool and hot tub were great.

The airconditioning was very loud and not very powerful and did not reach the bedroom. The pullout couch was uneven. We ended up sleeping: mom and two girls in the bed away from the A/C noise, and dad on the couch (not pulled out) to stay near the A/C to stay cool. There were only two pool towels available. The staff hand delivered more once the laundry was done, so that was really really nice, but it was just really late by then and we didn't need them anymore...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains. We were steps away from the pool where we spent our entire first day. Because there are multiple pools at this property, we had "our" pool all to ourselves!

The lanai was not usable due to facing the highway with auto noise and fumes.

Location is great. Units are dated and those facing the highway make the lanai practically useless.

The property looks very different from the pictures, rooms decorated according 1970 and lack of painting, you can smell the humidity, the bathroom isn't nice, overpriced and disappointing

Fabulous little find after being let down by the owner of 2417 OceanFront Condos! Very helpful staff at checkin and whilst decor was a little dated the location more than makes up for this. Walking distance to beach (non swimmable when we were there), great set of shops and restaurants and even into town. Can hire a cycle from the local market and ride the boardwalk for miles! Spacious room and an adequate sofa bed - a little thin and can feel the springs. Cannot beat value for money - each set of buildings had there own pool (a little chilly) , spa and dedicated carpark. We had K building which was furthest away from reception and right on the corner which made it an extremely quiet location.

Couldn’t get TV to work

Nice condo for a great price! Full kitchen, Roomy bedroom and bathroom. Very short distance to a tree lined walk along the beach.
