Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Just a few areas that are ready to be upgraded.. The sheets were really old and not that comfortable. Two beds had comforters with big rips and the main bedroom has some sort of plasticy mattress cover that was so hot and not great to sleep on. Main bedroom pillows are pretty much the flatest pillows.
Spacious with everything we need. Gorgeous views. All seasons heated pool and hot tub that we used a topln. The condo was a great size and even with 4 kids and a dog, we weren't tripping over each other. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful, but then they also left washer pods, and there were a dozen other thoughtful things like that that made our stay easier. Parking was ample, furniture was comfortable and there were 4 TVs, which was the most impressive thing to the kiddos ever.

No real issues! We tried to run a bath one night for my son and the plug wouldn't work (so half the water just drained out) and then there was no hot water anyway, but it was back the next day.
This was a great little condo amidst other time-shares on the outskirts of Moab. A little bit far from the action, but surrounded by beautiful red cliffs. The space was well-equipped and the beds were comfy.

I expected to have a few things stocked since it was a condo, such as coffee packets & filters if only for one day.
It was very nice to stay in a condo vs a hotel for our stay. It was close enough to Moab to enjoy all the restaurants and sights, but far enough to not have the noise and traffic. Good stop for us.

Check-out time was at 10:00 am, it would have been nice to have a bit more time and not have to rush, especially on a Sunday.
Very nice apartment close to Moab, the kids really liked the pool as well. No problems with parking as well, which was great.

Little further out than expected but it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to go to.
Condo was well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Very nice pool area as well.

Really, the condo itself was just fine. We had a unit (E) in the back, and it faced a very ugly and trashy trailer park with what appeared to be abandoned machinery and vehicles. Of course, this was not the condo's fault--it was neighboring private property. We did have a view of the red cliffs above the high-tension wires.
It was clean, relatively quiet. Easy to find. the complex, a bit harder to find the actual unit we rented. The layout was good, the bed comfortable. We were very glad that we were able to bring our small dog with us. There was a place to walk him and no problems. We didn't cook or use the kitchen at all, but it seems to be very well stocked. It is a lovely little apartment.

Nothing I didn't like.
Clean, comfortable, and good location. I will book again next year. Easy to check in and out, and any questions I had were answered immediately even after normal business hours.

The climate control was awful. It was hot and stuffy and the recommended temperature was 72 degrees. We opened windows, but the outside noise made it hard to sleep. The ceiling fans didn't work unless the light remained on. We were overly hot every night. The hallway was cool but none of the rooms ever cooled down. There was also a weird clicking/dripping noise from a mystery box in the closet.
Very clean and perfect size for our little family. Really appreciated the touches for our dog's stay as well.

Suede shower curtains made shower dark so it was hard to read the bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The faucet in the master bath shower looks like it is coming off. Also was upset that the property management asking for me to authorize a criminal background check for a 2 day rental.. Which I did NOT do. Total violation of my privacy. Told them if it was a must to cancel my reservation. They came back with you can disregard but still to even ask was a problem.
Lots of room and comfortable.
