Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesDue to a glitch with the server I was booked under two different reservations for the same stay. During check in the front desks night auditor noticed the error. He informed me that he couldn't rectify the billing situation. The auditor became quite enraged and verbally abusive. I spent hours that night and well into the morning contacting customer service for Red Roof and Bookings.com I felt like a hamster on an exercise wheel 🛞 chasing my tail. Calling both companies I was told that the property manager was the authority to issue a refund on the erroneous reservation. I've continually called leaving messages for the manager yet to no avail the manager hasn't responded to my request for a refund or to hear my concerns about how unprofessionally the clerks verbal assault affected me. As of this review this matter goes unresolved. I've followed the advice of my credit card policies. I will file this dispute with Visa for a refund.
The location provided easy access to the Katy Freeway the main artery to travel 15 mins East to downtown . West to Katy Mills Mall located in Fort bend.

United StatesThe room that I was in had a dampness to it. I noticed when I arrived that a couple of shelves seemed really dusty, so I cleaned them, but the next day, the dust was back. I looked above the shelf and saw large patches of mold. Also, I was charged for a "room upgrade" for my pet because my reservation did not specify that I had a pet. They advertise that the "first pet stays free".
The pillows, bed, TV, and towels were pretty good.

United StatesThe night Audit Clerk's inability to communicate clearly needs to learn how to make each encounter with your guess a memorable one. The elevator was out of order and the clerk stated they had no rooms available on the first floor a senior living with Chronic COPD, 2nd Stage CHF when stressing about the need for greater access the clerk became dismissive and rude. Clearly needing sensitivity training, and an upgrade in Superior Customer Service Skills.

United StatesThere was so many things that where under whelming. The beds were sub par and the quilts on them. It had wholes in the curtain meant to keep light out. No fridge, microwave, limited ice, no regular house keeping, 1 washer, 1 dryer, no pool, and no breakfast for $1100 for 10 days I think not ugghhhhh. I’m tryna understand where the +?
The location was decent and it wasn’t over crowded. The lights went in and out for 30 mins during wind storm but never extended periods or completely out.

United States- No privacy. You can clearly hear what people are discussing in rooms as you walk the halls and even when their doors and yours are closed. Several times we heard loud arguments. No weather stripping at base of doors that open to hallways. We could smell smoke from other people's rooms. You could see right under the room doors into the rooms themselves due to gap under door -No bathroom vent fan -A man and woman who were fighting got raided by Police during our stay and their door was broken open with a battering ram. -Separate incident - angry man was cussing out someone on his phone in his room and prowling hallway without a shirt on. -Brown roaches coming out of holes in walls on many occasions. You need to carry Raid. -Hot water frequently did not work - never encountered this before at a hotel. I book year-round. -Ice showers due to lack of hot water -Bad stains on mattresses under mattress protectors -Prostitutes like to hang out on exterior corner of building and stop people in stairwell to approach them. We saw at least three white prostitutes during our stay. They were actively seeking clients but it was not always evident. One appeared to be a hospital patient of some kind (band on wrist) - Elevator was broken at least two days. So we had to walk up and down there flights of stairs to unpack the room when leaving. - Gym door permanently bolted shut with equipment inside, no accessible gym facilities -Door hydraulics remained broken in stairwell doors despite telling them in prior review. - Dogs were often peeing in stairwells rather than owners taking them out. This was a daily issue and housekeeping was having to clean it up daily. -Booking rate is $56 a night. Front desk rate is $76 plus a $50 deposit.

The whole 3rd floor smelled like weed although there's a no smoking policy.. there's in room coffee makers and when I had asked housekeeping to replace what I had used they didn't. There's no breakfast even though there's a dinning area (small) but they offer 24 hr coffee and they use the small in room machines in the dinning area. The only ice machine is in said dining area and it's a small one too. Didn't get the room I had originally booked but was still charged for said room!

United StatesThe rooms need more decor and more life. More lighting or perhaps another lamp. A sofa chair or something comfortable to sit would be nice other than a desk chair. It felt like I was in a cell with my cell mate there. The mattress was very thin or not enough buffer. Not enough pillows. the room didn’t have an iron. The stairwell smelled a bit foul.
I liked how old it was. it was pretty quiet for the most part. the location is ideal. the staff was friendly.
