The furnishing, the cleanliness of the apartment were awesome. Our late check-in was also very uncomplicated, as well the check-out. Sergio was very kind and fast in responding. He gives us good recommondations for food f.e.. We really enjoyed our stay in Little Havanna! :-)

There wasnt a way to turn off the AC in the room. The sliding door of the bathroom needs a door knob/handle. Whilst sliding it, my finger got pinched inbetween the door and the doorframe.

The look of the house Stunning furniture. The outside was beautiful as well as the room itself. The location is very convenient, very close to Calle Ocho. Having all the streaming services in the TV already installed was a neat touch.

My stay in June 2025 was delightful. I thought the location was both very central in Little Havana and very quiet as it is in a tranquil residential block. The room I stayed in had two double beds, was huge, and very comfortable. Furthermore the owners were very kind and generous to let me leave my luggage for most of the day following my morning check out while I ran some errands around town. All communication with the property was very prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I was passing through Miami in the future.

Actual communication with the host when I was having an issue trying to get into the room, was non existent, granted I did only arrive at about 11 PM. Also, at about 7 or 8 PM of the second night I saw a tow truck arrive and stop right outside the house. I was parked in the driveway of the house, since I had been told I could do so. Fortunately I came out at the time the tow truck arrived. While getting the occupants into the car, the truck just sat on the street patiently for 5 minutes, and then as I got into the car, the tow truck then decided to depart. I did not have a chance to ask the driver what he was doing there, so I could not be sure if he was coming to tow my car or not ? Parking on the street was fine until the second morning when I got to the car, I must have been under a menagerie of nesting birds due the amount of excrement they left all over the car. Quite astonishing.

there was no breakfast included with this reservation. It was an Airbnb. Entry into the main house was fine with the code provided. My only difficulty was how to obtain the key for my room. I do not believe there was any explanation as to how to retrieve the key from the lock box, and since I had never seen this type of lock box before, it had me stumped until I was helped out by another guest. Once you enter the code, there is a little black plastic lever on the left hand side of the tumblers that needs to be help down while pulling back on the face of the box, Once that is open there is the key. I will know for next time

I like the interior and vintage look of the house either old vintage items.

Parking on the street, sometimes it is not easy find a spot near the Hotel. A little bit far from the beach. Drive way on front of the door always busy with car or track

Small House with some rooms very clean, comfortable. Big Window with neighborhood view. Quiet area, Not a lot traffic but very close to nice restaurants and business. Not to far to the highway. Price very low respect the cleaning and comfortable room.

The house is furnished with nice classic furnitures. Very clean. The 1st floor is common area with a roomy kitchen and coffee maker available . Nice neighborhood. Not many free parking spaces on the street but you will find a spot around the house for parking

The place is lovely! An authentic Cuban-style house with a nice garden in the back. The house is very quiet and the location is excellent. Close to anything one might need, to public transportation and in the heart of Little Havana. The room was spacious, full of light and furnished both functionally and with style. The toilet is clean, spacious and the shower is double. Bed was comfy and with plenty of pillows. A small kitchenette is present in the room, with a fridge and a microwave. Downstairs a full kitchen, a dining room and a living room are available for guests to use. The nice table in the garden is also perfect for a quiet morning breakfast. The host was available for any question and quick to answer, we also received recommendations for food in the neighbourhood. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back if we pass through Miami again.

KEY LOCK WAS HARD TO READ. LUCKY THE OTHER GUESTS WERE READY TO HELP. WE LEFT EARLY AND LEFT KEY IN THE ROOM. WE COULD NOT GET THE LOCK TO OPEN.

WE STAYED ONE NIGHT. RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. FREE PARKING RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET.

The hosts here have thought of absolutely everything. The communication is excellent, the location is perfect, and the property is not only lovely (I'm guessing this is the traditional style of the area) but beautifully clean too. The room is huge, a TV is always a nice touch, and so is the microwave/fridge/sink. The bed was so comfy too, I didn't want to leave!

If they clean the place better, everything will be perfect. They need to fix the lights in the room it was pretty dark. Also, the aircondition was working non-stop during the night with no option to stop it.

The room was spacious. The bathroom was pretty big as well.

The mattress was too hard and the balcon window let in too much coldness

The location of the appartment is really nice. By a 50min walk you are in down town and can See little havana and little Haiti. The street is quiete and well reachable by public transportation. The house is big and appartment was like on the fotos. There are multiple appartments within the same house and the kitchen is shared by the appartments. Due to the cold breez in Januar we were a little cold but the appartment offered a warmer blanket too. Sergio the appartment owner is careing and reachable quickly. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

We had a great weekend and enjoyed our stay a lot. Perfect walking distance to all the Restaurants at Calle Ocho. The house and room was really lovely.

Room doors are the original ones, what looks nice, but not very noise-resistant. If you happen to have inconsiderate neighbours who make a lots of noise at night, you can hear everything.

Host is helpful and responsive, location is great, its a cute neighborhood close to Calle 8. Bus connection to the city is near-by, supermarket is close.

We had to ask for towels but I think other guests had just taken them all. The shower could use more water pressure but that’s about it

It's centralized temperature control and I'm sharing with the entire house. Therefore, I can't control my own temperature since there's a locked box outside of it and I had to txt the owner all the time to change the temperature which is very inconvenient. The blinds and lamps are broken, too. Also the airplane flies over like every 10 minutes, very noisy.

The house is quaint and nicely decorate.

Host did not answer messages. We found roaches in our room and he responded to say they would spray (they did not) and did not answer any of my messages after that. We were there for a week.

The location was good, 30 minutes from the beach.
