We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was sparkling clean and in a perfect location, close to everything. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful. The discounts for attractions were a great bonus as well. Highly recommended

Too much street noise (vehicles and sirens) throughout the night which disturbed our sleep.

The property was centrally located with plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The room size was good and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful.

No sound proofing of rooms. You will hear everything that happens around you in the corridor, other rooms, bathrooms etc which will not provide for a comfortable stay.

The reception staff were not welcoming. Bedroom needed a deep clean. Unable to make tea in the room, no kettle, milk or sugar.

The lobby and bar were nice, bedroom felt like it needed updating. Bathroom had very shallow bath and shower couldn’t isolate between hand held and overhead.

At the entrance to the lobby downstairs, the service was a bit cool, and what do you mean? We were with luggage, there were 4 people at the entrance (service people) we were less interested in them, they were waiting for the big cars, we came with luggage, it is very difficult to enter the hotel through revolving doors only without help, no one directed us to the elevator, we needed an elevator because the counter is on the first floor and not downstairs. The bathroom lights turn on automatically, which is a nice idea, but in the middle of the night when you go to the bathroom, they turn on very brightly and wake everyone up. I suggested either installing an option to cancel it, or an option to reduce the lighting intensity.

The staff were never helpful. The room was never cleaned properly. You have to push them to get things done. The concierge is good. But, you have to double-check whatever booking he is making for you. He booked me a wrong return ticket from the outlet, and I was stuck there.

Location if you want to be near Time Square. Spacious room with comfy beds. Fantastic view of Time Square.

No fridge in the room. Flushing the toilet was loud and jolting. We left our bags in a room behind security after checking out. When we retrieved them, the security staffer asking for/expecting a tip by saying they work off tips.

The room is rather small and the bed is not the most comfy. The bathroom is really outdated, the bathroom door cannot close properly and there's no lock.

Location is perfect just a short walk to Times Square and most of tourist attraction.

The housekeeping standards were inconsistent. On one occasion the room was very poorly made up. On another it was not made up at all and on the third day it was made up to the expected standards.
