We didn't like our room. It wasn't oceanfront as we only needed a one night accommodation so we opted for non OF. . The bed mattress was very hard and the air conditioner sounded like a helicopter taking off. It didn't cool. It was the middle of the night so we didn't report it until next morning at check out. The room was also a little musky smelling too.

We love staying at the Sea Ranch Resort in the past. Beautiful location and the restaurant has great food The oceanfront rooms are great

While it's OK that the suite is in need of some renovation - many places are, - it definitely requires a thorough cleaning. Bedsheets, towels were fresh, bathtubs, sinks and toilets too. But there were brown [easily removed] smears on bathroom walls, doors near handles were covered in black fingerprints, I had to wash a smelly shower curtain, some dinner chairs were sticky, etc. Also, it took a few days to vent off a very strong smell of chlorine coming from the bathrooms.

Exceptional location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and washer and dryer in the suite - so convenient!

IMy room defenately needed some updating. There is a need for some b4arhroom around bathtub tiles to be updated and i think there was some damage on the ceiling its cosmetic.

Showing its age, the beds were hard, we had to buy a mattress topper for the king bed for the week from target. Sleeper sofa was broken and we had to prop it up with pillows so we didn’t feel like we were sitting slanted on the couch. The 2 bedroom condos are dated and need some renovations . Carpet was stained and dirty.

We love how close it is to the beach, the restaurant, the views from the oceanfront condo rooms.

The pillows in the room were very thin, we used the extra one in the room but it was still not sufficient for me, Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things. I would have liked more house keeping. We did ask the front desk for clean towels and garbage bags so we could empty our garbage. They were very helpful with the request

We stayed 9/2-9/8. The location is perfect. The room was clean but it could use some updates. The carpet is dated but clean. The couch is a bit dated but clean. I thought the matress was too firm but my husband found it to be perfect. The front staff were exceptional with assisting us. The restaurant on site was a huge bonus

Only complaint was about 12 hours prior to checkout our air conditioner stopped really working. It maintained around 71-73 through the night but started to climb prior to checkout but the maintenance guy was super helpful. I also wish you would have pool access for day of check out - made it interesting to try to enjoy our last day at the beach and then change after being on the beach all day.

Location is fantastic. Loved being on the beach access floor. Perfect size for a family and beachy enough to be beachy but nice enough that it didn’t feel “rundown” by the beach weather.

Everything was good. Just one small problem with our key card to our room being disabled about an hour and a half before check - out. We were trying to pack the car at the time. I understand its very busy on the weekends.

Beds hard and if you like good AC, go somewhere else. Spoke to front desk multiple times and told best it could do. Unable to switch rooms, room stayed around 78-80 when moving around in room but was given a fan that helped. Tried to tell cleaning staff about changing bed sheets and told we dont do that. Was there for a week and not offered a cleaning/turn down
