We liked everything about the property, however a nearby 7 day funeral was very challenging to sleep through!

Beautiful Casablanca vibe, with lovely cool pool to refresh ourselves in. Staff are gorgeous, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Hop, skip & a tiny jump to the beach. Location, Location. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well equipped. Had a little kitchenette, full sized fridge with kettle, tea & coffee supplied. Bonus was the private outside shower and balcony with a fan. Lovely swimming pool with loungers. Breakfast was delicious. Awesome staff, including the two house keepers that kept everything spotless. So worth it, will be back next year.

Perfect location. So close to great restaurants and the beach ⛱️ Very peaceful and all the staff were fantastic. Mrs Tram and Mr Yee were always taking the time to check and see if we needed anything. We stayed in room 302, which had everything we needed. It had a glimpse of the ocean from the bathroom, which included an outdoor shower.

This was one of our favorite and longest stays in Vietnam. We originally planned to stay for 4 nights, and we extended another 5. The place is amazing! And the staff were very friendly, accommodating, always smiling and genuinely nice and professional people. We also got a bit sick and the staff bought us ginger and lime and hung it in our door. They let me use the kitchen to slice ginger and cook tea every morning. Tram was lovely and helpful from the beginning until the end and always checking up on us. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned everyday. The pool is also checked and cleaned everyday. The location is PERFECT! Just a few steps away from a lovely and not crowded beach where locals hang-out in the morning. There are a lot of restaurant and delicious food options literally a few steps away or a few minutes away in the main road. Great Vietnamese food around. This is a nice place to stay for those who want a peaceful time and don't want to stay in the crowded ancient town in Hoi an. It is just 10 minutes by motorbike/grab bike/taxi to town. Would come back!

Great location, only fifty steps from the beach. A great, friendly staff who keep the property spic and span. Rooms are big, modern, and comfortable. This place is a fabulous spot! Tram and her team make everyone feel so comfortable and welcome.

We loved it here. I ended up being sick and they were so sweet and brought me lemon tea and fruit to my room. The bed was super comfortable and I didn’t ever wanna leave the room. We had a deck off the room, which was private and loved hanging out there as well. I would love to go back.

What a little gem! The villa is located in a peaceful area, but only a couple of minutes walk away from the gorgeous sandy beach, and a huge range of lovely small family restaurants. Everything was spotlessly clean and the owner and her staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We are already planning for next year.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and many great cafes and restaurants, the staff are exceptional, we felt welcome and were extremely well cared for. Tram was so helpful during our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed and more, even helping to arrange medical assistance when we needed it.
