The property is in a good location in Saigon, closing walking distance to sight seeing and tourist areas. Spa services at hotel were really nice.

the feeling I had from the images was slightly different from the reality, some moments of the hotel needs to be renovated.

amazingly kind staff, super friendly and attentive, polite and always happy to help, they even help when you don't ask for, but of they see you are experiencing challanges, they will approach you first and do their best to help you.

A waitress during breakfast didn't allow us to have water when we requested since breakfast is almost over. She did not refill the water container. Another issue is the breakfast location. Since breakfast was located at the 9th floor and the lift can only bring us until the 8th floor, the sole stairways going to the ballroom is "traffic" most of the time. We have to take turns, by two, in using the stairs.

Breakfast selections were great. I love that they offered different ways to cook the egg and the daily soup were what we were looking forward to. Location is great, near the roundabout, and cafes & restaurants. The front desk personnel and Will from the hotel restaurant outside Aristo hotel were very kind to recommend food for delivery and even helped us in preparing the Bahn mi we ordered.

We spent three nights. Great hotel, good location in district 3 and in walking distance to different tourist attractions. Good breakfast with many options (a mixture between Vietnamese/Asian and Continental). Welcoming staff who managed to check us in early when we arrived a couple of hours early. Pamela in the reception even arranged a free taxi ride for us to the airport when our stay came to an end. Good place to stay if you want to experience Ho Chi Minh City.

The smell in the corridor and the dim lights in the room.

Since we were vegetarians we didn’t have much options.

Sometimes there is a smell occurring when walking at the corridor at a certain lower level. I think it's from the garbage outside.

All about the hotel's room, the bedroom is clean, neat and tidy. The complimentary drinks are refillable everyday. The location is strategic and easy access to all interesting places including the market. Very well mannered and pleasant staff especially Will, Jessica and other staff at the reception desk. They are very attentive.

Air-conditioning was average however could be improved by reception. City view was of building next door but it was natural light.

Complicated to use AC. If you turn it off - the room would heat up very fast. If you leave it during the night - it blows directly to the bed area even at the lowest fan.

Great location, decent facility (bear in mind this is not a brand new hotel), nice breakfast (pho soup and full variety of other food, including fruits)! Would definitely recommend!

No real issues, much better than my other hotel for the same price

Moved from another hotel due to mould. The rooms at Aristo are very well maintained and I would stay there again. Also the street is much quieter so no traffic noise. Easy to walk to a lot of attractions within 15mins

Hotel was fine, however when we checked in the receptionist was not friendly at all, she wasn’t rude but borderline. The spa smelt like mould, and the massage I had was possibly one of the worst I have ever had, and I have had 100’s throughout my life. I didn’t like that the price was x amount and then I had another x amount for tip. I always tip, regardless of the quality of massage, but my tip reflects the massage. I had to pay 200,000 for tip. I would have left 50,000, as that’s all it was worth. Breakfast was fine, reflective of hotels price. Room was spacious though, bed was too firm.

A stale smell at common area - corridor (old carpet)

Spacious, clean & quiet evening, though it's located along the street. Helpful & friendly staff. Breakfast is well-spread. Jollibee fastfood & a few roadside eateries are nearby.

There was a bit of an odour (sewage) in the hallway just in front of my room. Also, the noise of the people who got to breakfast in the morning was annoying (but I think that was just for my room, others should be fine).

The location is the biggest asset of this hotel. The rooms are fine (normal hotel room). There is a spa, which is a bit less than usual but in line with the price of the hotel. The breakfast is reasonable quality; there is plenty of choice though. The staff at the breakfast is friendly. The staff at the reception desk looks a bit tired.
