The hosts were very nice and lovely. When we first arrived, she immediately recommended us some places to try the specialties around Hoi An. After that she also helped us to carry our suitcases (although we booked the room at the top floor). Also, we can fill our bottle with cool water in the property’s kitchen which most hotels do not include that service. Overall I felt like I was home during my time staying here, the warmth, the coziness, the tidiness. Definitely coming back !

It was an amazing experience. The house is new, clean and cozy. The bed is very comfy. The owner was so nice to us, she helped us to book taxi. I highly recommend this place for staying.

I could not recommend this homestay more. Our hosts were lovely and nothing was too much! Incredible breakfasts too I’d really encourage anyone to do breakfast included, it was very flexible and absolutely delicious. Definitely the best place I stayed whilst travelling Vietnam!

This was one of the best places we stayed during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. The room was so cute, had everything we needed, and was in a great location! It is close to the old quarter, but not actually in the old quarter so it is nice and peaceful. The host and her family were so nice and she is an amazing cook! Get the cao lau noodles for breakfast! We had our laundry done while there, the host gave us great recommendations, and the bathroom was very clean and had conditioner!

The location is a bit removed from town and you need to walk 5-10 mins to get to cafes and restaurants. The positive side of this is that it is quiet and peaceful.

The hosts were fantastic and helped us book a number of tours. They were very warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. Great breakfast with lots of tropical fruit. Free bikes available for guests to use.

We booked here due to all the wonderful reviews and it definitely stacked up to the hype. Minh and Thuy were wonderful hosts, such a pleasure to enjoy their homestay. They are extremely helpful and attentive to give you recommendations and help you book anything you need. It was so lovely to have home cooked meals for breakfast each day! The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable and location is great, on the edge of the old town so very walkable to all areas but a lot quieter for a good nights sleep. Thuy and Minh are fantastic hosts. We had a lovely stay with them. From the moment we walked in we felt so welcome, Thuy greeted us with a cold drink and fresh watermelon while she checked us in. The property is clean, bright, modern and comfortable. It loooks exactly as pictured. Comfy soft beds, air con, bath robes, toiletries and essentials provided. Rooms are cleaned daily, everything is spotless. Breakfast was so good, fresh fruit, iced coffee, scrambled eggs, pancakes...Thuy goes to the market every morning to make sure everything is fresh and you can tell she really puts alot of effort in to make sure everything is perfect for guests. Location was fine for us as we wanted something a bit quieter. It's about 10 minutes to walk to the main streets of the ancient town. There's also a VP Bank round the corner which is ideal to avoid foreign transaction fees when withdrawing cash. They have bikes you can borrow if you want to cycle to the beach or around the town. We didn't book any tours as we were at the end of a busy couple of weeks travelling through Vietnam so just wanted a slower pace for the last few days. Blue Tropical was definitely perfect for this. Thuy gave us lots of info and offered to book things for us so if we had decided to do anything it would have been a smooth process. They booked our airport transport and also gave good recommendations for tailors, leather shops and restaurants. Thuy has great local knowledge and explained to us that she and Minh worked in one of the resorts before setting up their own business. They have only been open for a few months but have absolutely aced it already! We wish them every success!

Everything! Minh and his wife were incredible hosts. I was traveling solo but they still upgraded me to a room on the top floor with two queen beds, and access to the little roof patio (i essentially had the whole upper floor to myself). The building was clearly constructed very recently with top notch finishes, and everything was very clean. The beds are incredible comfortable. It is also located close to the old center, but far enough away that it is very quiet and peaceful! There are free bikes to use as well for those wishing to explore Hoi An by bike. The breakfasts were substantial and the massive plates of fresh fruit were heaven! Highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

A cute family run Homestay where you feel like visiting your Vietnamese family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the WiFi was good for me to work with. But the best part are the hosts who are so sweet and prepare every morning a delicious and abundant breakfast for you. It’s a very good value for money and I would stay there again next time with pleasure.

This is a really lovely place to stay. The perfect combination of homestay and guesthouse with hotel quality rooms and service. The hosts are so friendly and helpful - they helped us with a lot of things. The breakfasts are delicious and the room was spotless. It’s in a quiet area but a short and easy walk to the old town. Nothing, everything was great!

The Homestay really feels like home. The family who owns the Homestay is super friendly, kind and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean. Everything was brand new. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. I can highly recommend booking this Homestay and will be back on my next visit to Hoi An. It was the best Hotel in Vietnam so far. Staying with Thuy & Minh was a through and through wonderful experience! Words cannot express how warm, welcoming and friendly this family is. We had booked a room for two nights and ended up staying six nights because we loved it so much! The room and Guest House have everything you need, Thuy and Minh are helpful with all sorts of bookings and recommendations, you can tell that they really know what their guests might require. The interior is super beautiful, clean, and thoughtful into all the details. Breakfast was really good and an experience of its own - you order it the night before so everything is fresh and made to your wishes; you sit in the kitchen at a long table with the other guests, so there is a real communal and family feeling. Breakfast can be a time to exchange stories with other guests and with the family themselves. The location is perfect too, in walkable distance of the bustling old town, yet quiet enough and out side of very touristic areas. The beach is not a far ride by a bike or bicycle (which this lovely family provides you with), so you’re right in the middle of everything you’d want to do in Hoi An. This was probably the best experience we’ve had on our journey through Southeast Asia, and we’ve had only good experiences! We highly recommend staying at this Guest House, specially if you’ve been on the move a lot and need the warmth and comfort of a real home! We will definitely come back again, especially since we’ve also fallen in love with Hoi An. Host were very kind, they made us breakfast in the morning. They also provided a lot of recommendations on things to do in Hoi An. The rooms were very comfortable. Bicycles were free to borrow and ride around. The property was about 10 mins walk from ancient town, so it’s really convenient.

This house is the best house we have stayed during our vacation in Vietnam, the house is very modern and the interior design is amazing its very clean and the host is very cooperative we stayed only one night but we wished to have time to stay longer, the location as amazing nearby the oldtown and far from the crowd in calm area

The property is just outside the busy area, it’s nice and peaceful. You can go to the old town with a short walk. The owners are amazing hosts who are always happy to help, and made us feel very welcome. The room was fabulous and very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We couldn’t recommend this more, it was absoultwly perfect! We extended our stay and didn’t want to leave 😃

I had booked a family room with terrace .The space was constrained and the toilet was outside the bedroom.

The location was perfect just walking distance to the streets.The host was ready to help and prompt in replying to messages and enquiries.They provided free cycles to travel around and gave us good information about all activities and good restaurants around.
