Had to go up to the 5th floor for our room. Our host carried my suitcase up and down. She was the best.

Location was excellent, near Lake and old town. Pretty quiet considering we are right in the middle of everything.

This lovely little guesthouse did not disappoint! It is centrally located though quiet. Our room was spotlessly clean, light and comfy with all that we needed. Our host, who was wonderful, gave us a delicious breakfast! This will be our first choice next time we are in Hanoi!

We had a very pleasant stay at this home stay in Hanoi. The room was simple and modest, located on the fifth floor (which might not be ideal for those with mobility issues), but it was *extremely clean* and, despite the busy area, *surprisingly quiet*. A special thank you to Host, who was always kind, present, and incredibly accommodating—she even adjusted the breakfast schedule to suit our needs. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are respectful and friendly, and everything feels well cared for. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for simplicity, cleanliness, and genuine Vietnamese hospitality.

The hostess was the best! She helped us a lot with troubles we had around the infected eye of my boyfriend. She even joined us at the doctor to translate everything to us. Hopitality 10000% Also the room was amazing. The bed was big and slept like a baby on the good matress. The breakfast was really good too. It was the best place we stayed in! And we are travelling for over 3 months now. 20000% recommend🥰🫰🏻

We got very hot and sweaty walking up the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment with our backpacks. But the AC and a cold shower cooled us down afterwards

Very convenient location, close to attractions but also on a quieter side street. The host was lovely and asked what time we would like the free breakfast and coffee to be brought to our room the next morning, which was really nice! The bathroom is small but nice, the AC was much appreciated and a 5L bottle of drinking water was a nice touch, especially as we could put it in the mini fridge to keep cool.

The cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom. Some minor details could be better maintained, but nothing major.

The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and tourist spots. Overall, it was good value for money.

Tiny room but soooo cozy! Softest wonderfully plush bed/bedding and a surprisingly nice little bathroom too. Has everything you need for a day or two & the host is lovely and welcoming and brought us a little breakfast one day 🥰 Also, despite being in THE MIDDLE of the French quarter (so convenient but very busy) it was shockingly quiet at night

The bed is firmer than I am used to, like many in Asia.

Great location. Despite being close to the lake, no issues with noise. Thuy Ahn was such a great host. She brought breakfast to my room every morning. She even checked on the bus from the airport. You have every thing you need, even bottled water. Lots of room for your luggage and a desk to eat your breakfast.

I absolutely love everything ❤️ The lady who runs the accommodation went beyond and above and made our stay very special. It really felt like being at home. For starters, when we arrived, she offered us cold drinks to cool down from the heat, and then she took the time to explain how everything worked in the room. She also gave us her personal phone number to communicate via WhatsApp in case we needed anything. Two days later, the typhoon Yagi hit Hanoi, and we couldn't go outside. She prepared lovely banh bao (vietnamese steamed dumplings) for breakfast with coffee, and she cooked pho (vietnamese noodles soup) for dinner as well. Not only was the food delicious, but it was also very comforting. We really appreciated that gesture. She also did our laundry and allowed us to extend our checkout time, with no extra charge for any of the things. She definitely is the perfect host. Every day, she checked on us to make sure we were fine and in case we needed anything. The room itself is perfect. There is a big bed and a big wardrobe, a desk in case you need to work, a kettle and teas. There is AC and a fan, too. The room has a private bathroom as well, and the shower is great. She also provided with handsoup, shampoo, and shower gel, as well as some body creams. The accommodation is in the best location possible at 5 minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake and the old quarter. There you have plenty of restaurants to eat food. Just at the doorstep, you have Em cafe & restaurant, the note cafe, the hidden Alley cafe, honestly all amazing. And there are also convenient shops around too. The accommodation is 15 minutes to the train station too, and around plenty of bus stops.

Nice room, full of equipments like a fridge, an iron, a hair dryer, a kettle,… even shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, tissue, sunscreen, tea, q-tip, water are provided. The lady who welcomed us was more than excellent. She’s caring and helpful. She even offered late checkout which meant a lot to us. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The host was really kind! After a busy period it felt like coming home how she treated me when I arrived. She was really attent. At my last day I needed to submit my thesis and she was really flexible with the check out time. I could stay the whole day because she expected no other guests. Also, it was raining and she knocked my door with breakfast. This is one of the sweetest persons I have met lately! Furthermore, the room was clean, the bed was great and the location was perfect. Thank you so much for the nice stay!

Location is central as I said but street must be difficult for taxi drivers to find or access, on the last day my taxi to airport was late 45 minutes because couldn’t access the street..it isn’t the hotel fault clearly, but just a note for future guests

Central location, spacious and modern room, I liked the chromatic harmony in the room, and there’s a little view on the city. Owner was so helpful lady she carried all my luggage to the 5th floor and showed me electric kettle, usage of shower.. also free water is provided. They also helped reserve a taxi on the last day:)

Stay was lovely , the host was really friendly and warm welcome. The room are spaces and clean. They provide all stuff like towels, dental kits. Shower gel …even water, tea, coffee… which lovely . Definitely worth to stay. Location was so near hoan kiem lake and note coffee and night market .. plenty of coffee shop / food/ spa…. Surrounding .Which really convenient for exploring hanoi old quater
