Amazing place to be in Hanoi. Incredible teams, very supportive. We found everything even better that the pictures. The swimming pool is a luxurious amenity in the center of Hanoi. The Patio has his own live, with locals enjoying also the place, and makes even more special to the place

The location is far from the busy old town, so if you want peace, it's perfect. Around the area tjere is no much, but the property is so pretty it's worth to take the cab every day. Ac was not so strong.

The rooms did not look like i expected . I booked 2 suites. They looked like normal standard rooms. But clean and beautiful setting in old diplomatic home. I think with a longer stay, tea or coffee sachets, place would have been perfect... and pictures updated to fit rooms. I suite did not even have window. Also we had sick person so the long alley needs to be addressed as not easy access for disability

We had medical emergency so did not have proper time to evaluate.. place clean.. would have been nice to be able to make cup of tea or coffee when arriving late. No free coffee or tea sachets. We arrived very late and staff were excellent with sending instructions regarding entry.

Stylish quiet location away from the hustle of Hanoi but with in easy distance to all. Beautiful rooms and pool. Wonderful cafe downstairs. Feels like you have taken a step back into. The 1930s in this house of a previous diplomat. Quiet. Slept so well. Luna and the team were fantastic.

We loved our stay at Eclectique, by all means. Place itself is extremely cute and nicely designed, staff are always very smiley and helpful (especially Luna), rooms are how they look in the pictures, and the pool is so fun. I have to mention their drinks, their bac xiu for me was the best in my entire trip in Vietnam.

We would have loved a mini fridge in the room. Also we didn’t know that there was a laundry service or free water refills until we were checking out. But it was a beautiful place to stay. Definitely recommend.

Everything works as it is quite new. They have a restaurant/cafe on site. Staff were very approachable. Coffee was even great. Located a few minutes’ walk from the main street, peacefully away from the Doi Can traffic.

Exceptionally clean and tidy. Everything is new. Super quiet in the evening. Had a good rest and sleep after a busy day. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and resourceful. Very conveniently located near the One Pillar Pagoda, HCM mausoleum, and Ba Dinh District historic places and neighborhoods. Highly recommended.

Maybe because it's newly opened, the service could be a bit quicker, but overall, for this pricing level, it's a solid 9/10.

The shared space is super spacious, with a beautiful and very clean pool. It has a French-style, chill vibe—feels like stepping into the Metropole. You can work or read on the ground floor, the coffee is tasty, the dining, kitchen area is spotless, and there's a classy reading room. The elevator is as fancy as a 5-star hotel, but the price is super affordable. The bed and pillows are brand new and super comfy, and the air conditioning works well.

The hotel and coffee shop have a great artistic vibe, and the staff are super friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive! I really had a nice vacation here. They have gallery and library in the upstairs but I didn’t have time to get there. I will back and enjoy all the art next time

Firstly, they provided me the room in the building “A”. It had terrible smell inside, especially in the bathroom. But fortunately, they moved me to another one, that located in the building “B” and this room was really nice, but there was a lot of hair everywhere. Also, the water is swimming pool is dirty.
