Comfy rooms with big beds as well as fridge and kettle and free water. Great breakfast in the morning including eggs, sausage, salad, fruits, coffee, juice, etc. Good location near lots of shops and restaurants.

My room didn’t have any view, which I wasn’t really expecting to be completely closed off. There was no natural light coming in, which made the room feel like it was nighttime all day. If you’re claustrophobic, it might feel a bit suffocating. I recommend booking a room with a window and natural light for a more comfortable stay.

The location was great — very close to the Train Market Station and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The hotel is quite new, the facilities are nice, and the breakfast buffet was a great addition. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay.

Very minor but our key card kept failing which was slightly annoying- but they were very helpful whenever it did.

Brilliant location and very helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order with a small buffet too! Both Nga and Miss Quinn were very useful at the front desk. They even posted some postcards for us. The room on the 7th floor had a panoramic city view which was lovely.

Great location for visiting historical suites (train street, St. Joseph's cathedral, main Marketing, restaurante, ATMs, 24h markets). Kind and helpful staff, great breakfast: variety of fruit, pancakes, toasts,and omeletes, (they got soy milk for my intolerance)

I love the location since it's walking distance to almost all the michelin star restaurants, banh mi25, pho 10. The internet works perfectly fine since I used it for work I didn't had any issues! Breakfast selection is also amazing! What you see is what you get in terms of the room you will be booking!

The aircondition because it wasn't cool enough but we thought maybe because of the weather that's too hot. On the contrary it was all good.

My go-to hotel whenever I am in Hanoi. First of all, the staff is super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable with large beds for a good price. The junior suite also has a really nice balcony. The location is perfectly situated in the heart of the Old Quarter close to all attractions and plenty of food options nearby. I can't wait to come back!

I can't think of anything i don't like about this Hotel.

The location is near the restaurants and it's easy to locate. The food is simple but very nice. Thumbs up to their cooking skills. The best is when they offered to prepare us food before coming to the airport. That's really nice of them. Staff is very nice and able to communicate in English conversation.
