Andrew was very helpful and allowed us an early check in. He also helped us with bus tickets to Ha Giang. We were only disappointed with a pillow case that had obviously been used on not changed, but we found a clean one in the closet. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable.

I arrived the hotel at 1:10pm to check in , after check in she told me the room is ready but check in time is 2pm you have to pay 100,000 more to go in the room now, that is my first time encounter this 😅so I just paid. Normally I went so many hotel they only say is ready you can go to yur room or the room is not ready can come back by 2pm. Fair for us , I think this service I can’t accept.

The property was in a great location in The Old Quarter, in a side alley, so was not too noisy. The room was very clean, and had enough storage and the bed was comfortable. The laundry service was excellent and everything was good value for money!

Great location.Close to all the street life of Hanoi. Big room ,very clean.Small fridge in the room.Really helpful staff. Plenty of cafes close by to get breakfast. The hotel picked us up from the airport for a great rate.

Not happy had to pay to replace for tiny blood stain towels because, according to staff, can not be clear n need replacement.! Unbelievable that can not be clear. Otherwise all ok

Almost at Old Quarter center. Clean, bed comfortable, hot water n bottle water. Has elevator private bathroom. A bit hard to find when first arrived. Local at a alley. Many buildings are such in Hanoi. Easy way to find > look for Starbucks and walk straight to the back entrance n the hotel is on that alley. Receptionists spook enough English.

Very noisy, people was shouting on the street and at 4:00 am the butcher below starts cutting meat and it is really noisy. We left some flip-flops at the room and they claim there were not there, although we are 100 % sure we left them at the room.

On my second night a felt a very uncomfortable cigarette smell. I am pretty sure ir came from outside de hotel because every time I left the hotel I saw an ashtray full of cigarette butts.

My room had air conditioner that worked perfectly, the queen size bed was comfortable (hard mattress but it don't mind). Muy room did not have windows so I could not hear anything at all from the street. The bathroom was clean.

We spent one night at Hanoi Saga Hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The staff spoke English perfectly and the location is excellent if you want to explore the city.

Smelly bathroom. Tub floor rounded making it challenging to shower.

Friendly, welcoming staff, eager to provide help and recommendations. Close to the busy areas but tucked down a quieter alley. Very simple accommodations.

The entering is a bit small and inconvenient

Great location - right in the center of the Hanoi old town, convenient for moving to places and there are many famous culinary options (such as Giang cafe for iconic Eggs cafe, Yen sticky rice...) and convenient room. Hotel host is also very enthusiastic and supports to guide travel options to different locations in the North of Vietnam.

Hanoi is a very busy city and the hotel is in the heart of it so it comes with a downside : it can be quite noisy. Also, i would recommend the hotel tonuse « warm » bubble to improve the atmosphere in the rooms.

The staff was super helpful to find out restaurant, sightseeing and everything you need to visit Hanoi

Room was badly isolated, we heard the other hotel guests during the night loudly. We also found two used towels in our room when we got there which was a bit suspicious- bathroom didn’t look super clean, some hairs on the bedsheets

I was given a room on the ground floor so there isn't any views except seeing walls from the window. Anyway, this is not a big issue.

My room looks exactly like what I see in the photos. I would like to thank Lily who is very helpful and accommodating.

Nothing really.

Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Good shower. The hotel is relatively new and in a good location. The hosts are very helpful and friendly and speak good english. Would stay again.

Was not what i was expecting and it was disappointing for the money they ask eg no coffee,water in the room!

The receptionist was so helpful and kind.
