We had a wonderful stay! The host is incredibly kind and caring — she really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She let us check in early in the morning when the room was ready. Everything was clean, cozy, and welcoming. Highly recommended! 💛

Nothing, loved my stay.

Everything, the top floor balcony room was modern, clean, high ceiling in room and the bed was so comfortable. The location is within walking distance of everything, balcony part enclosed, not like the photo, but the opening views of the river are amazing. Mr Hahn was so lovely and helpful, arranged laundry and taxi for me.

Walk up units, no coffee in the rooms.

Great location, staff was very helpful and accommodating. She found transportation package for us. Walking distant from main part of town and close to tourist bar street if your into that.

Bathroom had some mould on the ceiling just due to lack of ventilation, wasn’t a big deal and shower had good water pressure

Perfect location and beautiful large rooms overlooking the river. Staff were very welcoming and super helpful, even organising a car for us at discounted rate to Danang.

We noticed they came into the room a bit more often than other hotels normally would but had no issues and this didn’t affect our overall stay

If I am nitpicking I would have liked a view but for the price we paid it was good.

The owner/staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a/c etc kept very clean and tidy.

The ‘window’ is to a narrow area well. The room smelled a little musty.

Convenient location, near old town. Nice staff. Secured motorcycle parking inside the lobby at night. Comfortable bed. Nice warm water shower with good water pressure.

That every trip has an end.

The staff was super friendly and I felt very welcome here. My room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the river was great. The location was also perfect, enough at the action and far enough away for a quiet night. When I'm back in Hoi An, I'll come back here.

There are certain times that cars can't get into the street as what the airport pickup transport told me. However, it's just a few minutes walk from the main road.

It was close to the old town and the owner was accommodating. She even helped me with my luggage during check in. The room was also very big especially for 1. Facilities were OK and functioning. It was across the river and few minutes walk from old town. It's also in the description that they only have stairs, no elevators, so it's just fair and the guest can decide beforehand.

Temperature control was a hassle as the room was on the last story of the building and the AC didn't seem to be strong enough to cool the room. No ventilation in the bathroom except a window that opened onto the lobby - not an option when using the bathroom.

Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Better value because offset from the city center. Owner was nice enough to let me use the washing machine.

Service, room, amenities were all excellent. Room was very spacious. Located a 5 min walk from hustle and bustle of Old Town. Electric fan, fridge and hairdryer supplied. Kitchen for hot water and drinks.

There was a motor bike rental shop next door which was busy and loud from 5am and our room was front facing. The description of river view is misleading, the window is high and there's flower shrubs outside so to see the river you'd have to stand on your toes! The entrance to hotel is pretty open and often left unattended

The shower didn’t drain very well so the floor was a little slippery for a while after but they have rubber slippers to use in the room

We loved our time in Hoi An and we loved this hotel! The staff are lovely and very helpful. You can book day trips with them and ask them what to do for fun. The room was so clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Not a problem as such, just be aware that there's no elevator.

The room was lovely and tastefully decorated with an spacious bathroom. I enjoyed the view from the balcony over the river, a nice spot for a morning coffee. The location is great just a short and pleasant walk into the old town, but far enough away to be quiet.
