This was a lovely place to spend time in Hoi An. The location was perfect, away from the noise and busyness of the old town, but you can walk there easily. The room was really nice with a balcony overlooking the garden area, very spacious and clean. The host was really lovely and her family, very helpful and made us a fantastic breakfast each day. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, we had a great time. Thank you😁

The host was so friendly and helpful. We came early, well before check-in time, and she gave us our room as soon as we arrived. She gave us many tips on what to do and served us a very tasty breakfast. When we were sitting playing cards one time, she brought us some tea and a plate of fruit. I had two dresses made at her sister's tailor business and am very happy with them and with the service. Would definitely stay there again!

We can’t recommend this homestay enough. We had such a lovely stay. The room itself was gorgeous with a lovely balcony and bathroom. The family hosting are so friendly and will offer help with anything you want to book. We did the lantern making class that was recommended to us and really valued the advice about the lantern boats to avoid overpaying! Also we went to their family tailor called Mekong Tailor which was incredible. The breakfast was also lovely with lots of fruit which we loved! Highly recommend can’t fault it. The location is also great about 10 mins walk to Old Town.

The host is very welcoming and helpful. The place is clean and full of greenery outside on the balcony. She arranged the day tour, taxi and other things at a very good price. Very happy to stay here.

Our first stop on our first trip to Vietnam, and Thuy and her lovely family could not have made it any better. The property was immaculate and Thuy so very helpful, organising transfers, day trips and providing local information. We made good use of the bikes that were available and liked that the property was just a short walk away from the busy Hoi An town centre.

This was the best breakfast I had in Vietnam - tasty and plentiful. The host was delightful. The location is quiet and away from the busy touristy areas, but within easy walking distance.

Such a beautiful comfortable homestay run by a lovely mother and daughter team. The rooms were clean and comfortable, set in a residential area and opposite a spa. Only a 10 minute walk to old town. The host prepared a hearty fulfilling homemade breakfast for us, and was always available when we required any assistance. Highly recommend this homestay for a comfortable and value for money local experience.

Great place. The owner is wonderful! It is close to the city centre, but quiet at night. I can honestly say this is the best accommodation we had in Vietnam - very clean, spacious, super breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at Hoi An Sunny Garden!

Loved the place.. host was nice and helpful.. centrally located and everything was walking distance.. The bathroom was semi closed which we didn’t notice while booking.. it was new for us and took some adjusting.. Will recommend

We had a wonderful stay in Hoi An! The quiet and very clean location was perfect for relaxing, and the host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke English very well. She gave us great recommendations for activities, making our trip even better. Breakfast was delicious, with a big plate of fresh fruit on top of everything else. We also loved the free bicycles, which made exploring easy. Highly recommended!

The owner is one of the nicest people we’ve met on our trip. The facilities are beautiful and very well maintained. Breakfasts were excellent and cooked fresh! This is a fabulous place to stay.

good location, very quiet. 15 minutes walk to the city center. you can take a free bike. the rooms are large and modern. the hostess helped to order a taxi, book excursions and was very attentive to our requests.

The room is hosted by a very sweet family. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Everyday the room is cleaned and tidied up. The location is also great. Within a 10 minute walk you are in the middle of the citycentre.

Very great hostess and homestay. Really helpful with some local tips. The rooms are big and comfortable. We really appreciated the late check-out possibility when our bustrip started at 5pm (only bc the room wasnt booked), which shows great flexibility from Thuy. We used the laundry service (40k/kg) and the free bikes. I also want to mention the tailor seevice by her sister „Mekong“, thuy will offer you a taxi to go there, we tried it and are very happy with our custome-tailored-clothes.

Thuy and her mum were great hosts, very friendly. The room was clean, spacious and surrounding by green. Amazing value for money. The location is great, 10 - 15 minute walk to old town. The free use of a bike is really helpful. Breakfast was really tasty, it always included a delicious fruit

Everything was amazing

The kindest host, super sweet and she was incredibly helpful with booking tours, telling me what to do in hoi an, where to go. The room was pretty, spacious, airy and clean. Could not have asked for a better stay when in Hoi An! I really hope to come back
