Located in a quiet area of the town, despite being just next to the night market and very close to the centre, where most tourist attractions are. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice terrace with a good street view.

While the location is in the middle of the centre, the room is quiet which is perfect. Everything is clean and for the price you have everything you need. Small but convenient. AC + fan, towels, warm water, extra toothbrushes, body wash + shampoo.

It can get noisy with the market stalls being assembled and dismantled at night. Also, the motorbikers blow their horn at all hours, passing the junction. Beep beep all night. Also the room next door to ours was so close and separated by a sliding door, we could hear their phone ringing.

The location was good, but it's not for everyone in the centre of the markets.

Location is great, few mins walking to boat ride, my room was without balcony but things were organized and room wass clean, with a small window facing the hotel corridor for ventilation if you switch off the ac. Friendly staff.

This accommodation was our perfect stay in Hoi An for almost two weeks! It is bang in the middle of the night market in the Hoi An Ancient Town. Just stepping out, you have tons of things to eat and buy in the night market which is everyday from 4pm to 9pm! This accommodation is around 150m from the riverside and Hoi An Old Town where there are tons of restaurants, markets and clubs. The best thing is once the night market closes at 9pm, it is completely silent as it is away from the clubs (even though they are very near). Staying here, you can literally explore the entire city just on foot! The room is exactly as described and we had a very comfortable stay. The owner is excellent, helpful and was always available whenever we needed anything. There is a little lift to take your luggage upstairs and the rooms are cleaned everyday! When we return to Hoi An next time, this will undoubtedly be our choice to stay!

We are a group of ten guys that had a wonderful stay a Lisa 2. It was clean, professional and welcoming. The location was also PERFECT. This is the perfect spot to avoid the nightclub music, but at the same time be really close to the nightclubs, market, restaurants and shops. I was unfortunate enough to forget my wallet in the taxi when we arrived. Having paid with cash I had no way of tracking down the taxi and retrieving my wallet🥲 However, the staff helped me go through security cameras from all the neighbouring hotels, and after several hours we managed to find the taxi’s license plate. The staff helped me call around to track down what taxi company and what taxi driver the car belonged to, and in the end I got my wallet back! This was ONLY possible through the staff’s kindness and dedication to help its guest. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nothing is not to be liked!

The location was perfect, near the old town and right next to the river, where can be found some BBQs for the evening. The very last one on the left hand side (walking from Lisa's towards the river) was wonderful and the chef was very kind and interesting!! Everyone was very kind, the place is immaculate and cosy, don't hesitate, stay there!!

Very friendly and helpful owner. She provided us with great advice and support. Helped us to organize our trips and did all bookings for us. The homestay has an awesome location, directly at the night market and only a short walk away from the Old Town, the main tourist spot.

We left a packet of food open and woke up to a lot of ants so beware!

Perfect location close to the old town, cool vibe being above the markets yet wasn’t too loud when we went to sleep.

Lisa is an excellent host. The room was on the 3rd floor.. There was a lift to carry the luggage. Room and bathroom was clean. Neighborhood was awesome with many restaurants in walking distance. The old town and connecting bridge were hardly 5 to 7 mins walk. I highly recommended this hotel, not sure why it's not rated higher.

Asked for and booked a bus transfer to Saigon via this homestay paid 850k (way more than locals) and halfway through the bus ride it stopped at a rest stop for a bathroom break, every single person on the bus (all Vietnamese) were fed a large freshly cooked meal free of charge.... I was not invited to join (the only foreigner). I sent a WhatsApp message asking "why" to both the homestay and bus transfer guy and they both ignored me. So I was forced to buy the only food available which was pho. The meat and noodles were both hard and old. Anyways, maybe book your own transfers!

This is one of the best places to stay in Hoi An! Right in the middle of the action. Not at all far from Ancient Town and the River. With restaurants and shops around you're right next to whatever you need, whenever you need. You could sit by the river till late night and take a leisurely 3 minute stroll and you're back at Lisa Homestay 2. The gate opens up into the Night Market and the rooms are so spacious, clean, comfortable beds, hot kettle, hot and cold water with rain shower. There is absolutely no complaints. Ohh bonus point, the property does not have a lift for people but there is a luggage lift so you do not need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Don't be concerned with ""no lift" because the hotel takes care of you not having to carry the luggage up. Totally recommended.
