All is good . We needed the old quarter in walking distance as we wanted to avoid the noise and hustle bustle of OQ. This is just a perfect location .

This was an unexpected gem for me, in Hanoi- the building, although old, is very well renovated and looks beautiful (has a very unique design - there's even a winery at the ground floor) and the room is very clean. There are many types of rooms here, the one I stayed in was very big, suited for working and staying longer periods of time as well (had big refrigerator, kitchen basics - for cooking, plenty of storage etc.). The natural light here is amazing and location is very close to main attractions in Hanoi, but still quiet, so is easy to have a good rest here. Phoebe is also an amazing and easy-going host! Will definitely come here again!

The best place for value, cleanliness, location and facilities of our whole trip!! We even extended an extra night as we loved it so much, it felt like a little home. I had been given the address to their second property which was on the top floor with no lift and only after climbing the 3 flights of stairs with our bags, we realise this was not our apartment. However, I contacted the owner and he sent the correct address straight away so it was a slight inconvenience and the apartment was a little difficult to find with google maps.

I loved how the small spaced was used to full potential. It was a lovely little apartment with everything you need for a weekend stay. Everything was very modern and tasteful and the place was spotless.

The bathroom didn’t have a sink, so we had to wash our hands in the kitchen sink, not very comfortable. The mattress could be replaced with a better one, it was already a bit saggy.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and the windows were very well soundproofed. Good location!

The cooker hood constantly hums. Bathroom is quite crazy with a shower and Toilete. It is in photos, but we missed that one and were quite surprised:)

I had free cancellation and no pre-payment option for this property. I had to pay at the property in cash, instead of a credit card. It was not mentioned beforehand that I would be charged in cash. This meant that I had to go through the hassle of going to the bank/ATM to get the money, which also meant that I had to pay extra charges on mark-ups, advance cash fee (on credit card), GSTs, etc. I ended up paying almost 3500 Rs more due to this.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I got to keep my luggage in a secure location before check-in. The host helped us and conveyed information in advance, which made it easy for us.

It felt like being at home staying at La Casa di Dicembre. We stayed here twice as the first time we loved it. It’s a real hidden gem in the heart of Hà Nội. The room/studio we booked was on the very top floor, spotless, cosy and had everything we needed. We could sleep very well. We never met Quyet but he was great in his communication, responsive and helpful. If we are back to Hà Nội we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Mattress wasn't the best and the door to the bathroom was very noisy when I opened it and it always slams shut unless you're careful. Also the neighbors will burn their garbage outside, so there are times you want to keep the windows closed. Nothing that kept us from feeling comfortable, though. Given that that particular part of town just is very busy.

Probably the best Room in Hanoi for the Price. It was clean and comfy. Everything worked. Great location for Tourists. Nice and quiet but in the middle of busy, vibrant, sometimes smelly Hanoi. Bravo!

Location weird and entryway situation is strange with a padlock used at night and a turn down a hidden alley. Sort of hard to find and the area is pretty chaotic. Feels like an Airbnb with long instructions to get in and all the staff and communication going through secondary people.
