You have to take off the shoes to go into the room. Breakfast room very hot.

Position, possibility of a sweet breakfast with pancake (huge) and fruit and fresh juice. Possibility of bike rental for a cheap price. Staff very kind.

Nem's house is located on a busy side street so it's best if you can get a room which faces the garden rather than the street. However, the room we were in had a little balcony which overlooked the street and it was a good size and very good value for money even if it was noisy until about 10pm. Van and her co-worker were great and they made our stay feel extra special by their warmth and hospitality. Breakfasts are delicious and Van was very helpful in organising a car for us to get from Danang to Hoi An as well as recommending things to do and see. The location is excellent as it's very close to the Old Town as well as lots of little restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again !

I liked everything!

The ladies here are so helpful and kind—the staff are truly the best part of my stay and made me feel at home. The room was clean and quiet (or maybe I was just too tired, since I fell asleep right away). The price is very reasonable, and definitely try the souvlaki at the restaurant downstairs—it’s unexpectedly delicious!

Perfect stay at Nem's house! Van is amazing, such a sweet and gentle girl, she helped me in any request I had and I'm so grateful and happy to have met her. The homestay location is great, 5-10 minutes walking from the old town, through streets full of restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was big and clean, very cute and comfortable. One of the best stays in my trip around Vietnam! They also offer different services, including motorbike rent. So recommended, I would definitely come back!

The location of this place is excellent. So close to walk to all the busy streets but is pretty quiet itself. Van was an absolute angel and very helpful. If I had any queries she would respond almost immediately and did everthing she could to help. Lovely double room. Beds very firm but very new.

Good location to explore Hoi An. Rooms were basic but quirky, which was nice. The receptionist was helpful in giving one room early to store bags and freshen up, supporting with information and booking activities

Great price point for what you get. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was very nice to talk to at breakfast and would ask how I was both mornings. To add breakfast was only 85,000 VND each morning! Totally worth it! I recommend the pancakes with seasonal fruit and the Vietnamese milk coffee. The accommodation is also within a 15-minute walk to the Hoi An Night Market.

Amazing host. Great location. Close enough to the ancient town and far enough to not be crowded by night. I like that there so many local spots nearby that are actually better than some of the food vendors that only serve tourists in the ancient town.

Everything was perfect, owner is very communicative. Room was huge and immaculate, decent bathroom and comfy sheets and bed. Bed has thin duvet which I much prefer over a single sheet. Air con works well and is quiet. There are many reviews complaining of noise but our room at the back of the building on the 3rd floor was silent throughout the night. If you’re noise sensitive I recommend booking that room!

There was some noise from the adjoining Greek restaurant, but this is Vietnam - there is noise everywhere!

Mrs Van was incredibly helpful. She provided recommendations for tours, tailors and classes all of which turned out to be excellent. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

By nature of our room being close to the Main Street, it was rather noisy at night, but it was something we could still accept.

Van and her team were amazing with their hospitality. She helped us settle some of our transport and sorted out our trip to My Son. She was also responsive whenever we needed anything.

The room was beautifully decorated and very big. The location is wonderful- close to everything you need and the main sites. Van very friendly, helpful and hard working. Do know it’s not a typical hotel with someone at reception all the time, but Van was always available by What’sApp and was nearby. Let them know if you want your room cleaned.
