Only negative was that there is no lift and no one to help with luggage. You have to go up 3 flights of stairs which are very narrow. If you have backpacks no problems but suitcases were a stuggle

Great Homestay, excellent location with plenty of room in the apartment. The owner was helpful and sent so many detailed recommendations from food to attractions to do in Hanoi on WhatsApp which was super helpful for my friend and I! Location was next level good everything was walking distance and no grabs needed to get around

A beautiful apartment that not only had the necessary comforts but went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The host was always available for me and always provided help, which was a great comfort as this was my first visit to Vietnam. I couldn't praise this apartment enough or the host .

Super helpful host! They were really really responsive and a great help with our luggage. This was a lucky find for us - so many other places had terrible reviews. Property in nice condition and amazing location! It was clean and everything seemed in good order, only there were a couple of ants in the corner of the kitchen (but did not really affect us at all). Prices seemed a bit higher in Hanoi than elsewhere in Vietnam, but i think all property/hotels the same way in Hanoi.

perfect stay * You do have to go up 3 floors of stairs to get to the lodging, but the owner makes sure to tell you ahead of time.

Everything. Its location, size, cleanliness, amount of amenities, level of privacy, accommodations) I requested early check on the night before my stay and had no issues), ease of check-in, etc. all met or exceeded the standards of the previous 4 star hotel I stayed at. It is clear that the lodging is owned by an honest local who wants to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. There were many numerous small details (such as providing plenty of clean, bottled water to little toiletries) that were appreciated.

Since it's situated at the 3rd floor, the stairs can be tricky especially with heavy luggages. I would not recommend it if traveling for elderly. Other than this, everything else was perfect.

The place was very spacious, equipped with amenities, and situated at good location . What we loved the most were the beddings. They were very soft and comfortable. The host was very helpful and responsive, even going out of her way to help us with restaurant reservations.

Great location in old town. Fantastic communication with the host via what's app - able to check in early which was great after an overnight train. Kept our luggage for us when we went to Sapa for 3 nights then returned to the apartment. Comfy bed and good facilities including Netflix on TV.

This was our 2nd stay in this apartment! It felt like ‘coming home’. The apartment is right in the middle of everything.. and it is so quiet!!! The apartment has everything. And the host is so helpful.. nothing is too much for her.. she really is most concerned that the guest feels comfortable and has everything they need. Thank you

Although I like the stairs .. the apartment is on 3rd level. There is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep…

The apartment had 3 rooms.. a bedroom, an area to eat or make something in the kitchenette and a large bathroom. It was very private and very quiet. The apartment is in the old quarter surrounded by cafes, shops and everything! The hostess was incredibly helpful and so communicative.

Nothing. This apartment suited us perfectly for our three night stay in Hanoi.

This property is right in the centre of the Old Quarter so great for sightseeing. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay including a large bathroom with a power shower. Everything was very clean and self check in was straightforward. The property owner was lovely and extremely responsive. She really went out of her way to help us, making sure we had arrived safely, gave us advice about shopping and excursions and was so friendly and kind.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor accessed by a spiral staircase. It could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Also there were steps between each of the rooms.

The owner gave us very clear instructions on how to self check-in. She quickly responded to questions. The room was spacious and comfortable. There is a bathtub and separate shower in the bathroom.

The only bad part was the hot water didnt fully work all the time. But it wasnt a big issue as the water was not too cold.

Stairway is too small and too steep, and it will be more difficult when you come there with big and heavy luggage, which is what I found supper difficult for me, as there no elevator.

The location is supper good, it very easy to walk to many historic place nearby, food all surrounded us. Room is big and there is kitchen for us to do easy food or to have dishes and 🥣 when we buy food to eat in the room.

Beautiful studio! Everything was super clean, it was really big and the bed was super comfortable. Also perfect location in the old city centre. I think this is the nicest place we stayed during our travel in Vietnam ❤️
