Oahn was very welcoming. Helpful and beautiful soul. She went the extra mile So i did too and got her a favourite dish she recommended I try while I was in Hoi An.

Great location next to the old town, river and night market. Room was clean and good for the cheap price. But most of all the hostess, is amazing! Very friendly, helpful and cute. She helped us book taxi to next destination, as well as someone to do our laundry at good price. She also gives good recommendation for what to do and where to eat.

The owner is the kindest and friendliest person I have come across in my Vietnam trip. She absolutely goes out her way to help with any tour booking or transfer. Absolutely delightful! Plus the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect as it is so close to the centre of Hoi An. I would not hesitate to book there again!

The room was small. I barely open my suitcase, but didn't annoy me at any way.

Sunmoon riverside Hoi An is the perfect stay in Hoi An. Oanh the Manager made everything seemed impossible possible for me. To begin with booking day tours all over Hoi An, Hue and Bana Hills. Always free water. Recommendations to all the excellent Nathan tailer & delicious restaurants. The Location of the Hotel is in the heart of Hoi An in front of the Han River & with a short walk to the Old Town, Day and Night Market. The room was cozy but a little tight which wasn't a big problem for me cause I travel solo. The Internet is very strong. The place is very quiet and clean. Overall Perfect Hoi An Experience. Thanks Oanh for everything. Hope to see you again soon.

Great location! Oanh is super sweet and if you're after anything in particular - she knows a guy! Booked a great tour for us and overall was so welcoming - couldn't have asked for a better host or a better location. Right near the river and walking distance from pretty much everything. She offered free bikes if you wanted to go for a ride to the nearby villages but personally we had so much to do just in town. Would absolutely go back :)

The location was great. Comfortable bed. Next to the river and away from the old town but close enough to walk quickly. Ms Oanh was very sweet.

Super nice and clean room. Super nice host, so helpful and sweet. This was in a perfect spot outside of the hassle of the old town, but still a short walk distance everywhere. Perfect place to have a moment of peace and quiet after long travels and messy hostels. This really is so calming and super clean. Would definitely recommend.

Oanh made our stay special. She helped us navigate the area & what sights to see and things to do. She has bicycles available for driving around (the property is close to downtown). It was a delightful stay!

It is one of the best place to stay in hoi an. The owner is so kind and helpful. She arranged the rental motorbike and taxi while leaving for danang. Room was clean and spacious. There was river view from the balcony and room window which was really beautiful. Very near to all tourist places in hoi an. Hotel was sparkling and maintained really nicely.

The host was really lovely and helpful with everything you needed! They have free bicycles which was great. Room had a fridge and an aircon. There wasn't a bath as advertised but that's okay.

Older bathroom. Noisy with construction outside in the early morning. No secure baggage area for when you check out.

The location is amazing. Walking distance to the old town. Room was clean. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning was good. They were able to arrange airport transfer.

You receive a warm welcome while arriving to Sun Moon Riverside, the lady is fun and lovely. She will assist you with many informations about Hoi An, what to do and where to go, in a pretty good english. The hotel is located perfectly, in a quiet area at 5 minutes walk from the city center and its agitation.

From the moment we arrived we treated to the warm and friendly hospitality of the host. The room was spacious and clean exactly as per the promo photos. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and offered advise on whatever you needed from best places to go to eat, where to find utilities, ever your laundry and taxi information. I would recommend this place as a must stay location best value and very best hosts

Usually I don’t write comment on reviews. But this place has truly deserved it. It offers you a clean and tidy room, free bicycle, very quiet location despite close to both night and day market. On top of all this you get the most helpful, caring and welcoming host you will ever experience

Great place to stay in Hoi An. Oanh, the host, is a lovely, kind lady. Many laughs were had with her. She gave us Pomelo & passion fruit during our stay ( at no extra charge ). She has cold beers for a very good price. Free water refills , tea, and instant coffee. And free bicycles to use whenever you want. Very comfortable , large rooms, big bed , soft pillows and very clean. The location is nice and quiet, a short walk to the old town and main street. Would highly recommend ! We extended our stay by 2 more nights.
