Great location, lovely staff and clean room. We had laundry done which was efficient and fairly priced. They allowed us to drop our bags as our bus arrived at 6am. Would recommend!

Showers could have done with a deep clean.

The location was perfect to experience Hoi An old town. We booked this last minute and was happy with our room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants within a few meters and we were spoiled for choice. Also lots of tailors just around the corner. We were in walking distance of nearly everything and didn’t need to take taxis at all during our time there. Popular bai mi place around the corner too, best we had in Vietnam!

We arrived a little late at night and it was raining, access roads to the property are very narrow so our taxi couldnt reach so we had to walk a bit with our suitcases. Apart from this minor mishap this place is in such a nice location.

Centrally located to the old town with everything from laundry to spa and old town all within a quick 5-8 mins walk. Our family room was generously sized for a family of 4. Although room is basic it reflect the price they are charging, hostess is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a simple yet functional place to stay. I highly recommend this homestay.

Such a lovely family who hosted us, always friendly and welcoming at the front desk and someone was present until late into the evening. Great location, just a few minutes walk into the old quarter, lots of food places within 100m, spacious rooms and bathrooms.

I’m not sure I would book the property if the pool was the primary draw for you as it was a very cosy fit.

We had the value option double at the top of the building which had a lovely plant-filled walk out balcony with table and chairs overlooking the street which we enjoyed having. The room was a decent size and clean.

Room didn’t feel as clean as we wanted it to be, there was makeup stains on the towels.

Lovely hotel very close to loads of shops, restaurants, and the famous lantern boat river. Room looked nice and bed was comfy. Balcony was very nice.

The staff (Nam and his wife) were unbelievably helpful, and friendly. Nothing was too difficult, always with a friendly smile. They made the stay wonderful. The location was also good - just outside the old city but close enough to everything that you could walk there. Nice and quiet.

The need to change into house slippers/our own footwear at the entrance of the homestay was pretty cumbersome whenever we enter/exit. Getting a grab car requires about 1-2 mins walk out to the main street - use Madam Khanh The Banh Mi Queen as the pickup location.

Location was walkable distance to Hoi An Ancient Town (7-10 mins walk) and is surrounded by good local food (eg. Madam Khanh The Banh Mi Queen and Quan Cao Lau Thanh). Room was clean, cozy, quiet and has all the basic amenities (especially an aircon that will definitely keep the room cold!). Hosts were friendly, are able to handle all our requests and queries. Do note: This place has only stairs to access the rooms (not recommended for folks that are unable to climb the stairs daily)

The rooms are nice and big. It’s very comfortable with a nice table. Beds are very comfortable.

The size of the balcony.

The owners were very kind. The homestay was close to the city centre (around 10 minutes on foot) but there many places (coffee shops, mini market, etc) near by. The room was spacious and clean. The establishment is located in a small street so you avoid the noise coming from the street. The owners arranged for us a car from and to the airport and even some last minute excursions.
