the owner was very kind and gave us all the tips possible. from scooter rental to where to eat, how to get to other places and taught us about her culture too. free bikes to get into the city we arrived 2 hours earlier by night bus and to her homestay by grab.. waking up her 5 dogs, so of course her too in the process.. special thanks for beeing so relaxed regardless of the early wake up and lettings us into the room at 5 30 am to get some sleep :)

Nothing. Really nothing.

The location was amazing, in this small village that is very quiet most of the day. It is the perfect place to chill without suffering from the city's hustle and bustle but at the same time being very close to enjoy it whenever you want (7 minutes from Hoi An ancient town with bicycles lent by the homestay). The room was bright, beautifully decorated and very clean. The homestay itself is very nice and cosy. The breakfast is good. And most of all the owner and her family were amazing : kind, cheerful. We had great moments and recommendations from Ly who helped us planning our next steps of the trip. We really felt at home and would have loved to stay longer. It was the most amazing homestay of our 3 months and half trip, for a very reasonable price.

The quiet town, the kind children, the animals and this town is an ancient pottery village. You can feel the history. And see it before your very own eyes. Terracotta is everywhere in sight. From shops filled with crockery and small creatures to incense holders.

No privacy curtains on the dorm beds which I wasn't sure about but it turned out not to be a problem, plus the bed was really comfortable, and it's individual beds not the normal bunk beds found in most dormatorys.

It was really clean, it's a bit out of town but there are free bicycles to use and it was a nice 20 minutes cycle in to the center of town which I think made the location a good thing.

The owner was great! She had good recommendations for everything and she even helped us talking to the police when we had an incident with our scooters :) breakfast was also great!

Such an amazing homestay! The host, Ly, was so lovely, she gave incredible recommendations and was always so helpful. It was such a nice calm oasis outside of the rush of Hoi An.

Very peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty and the owner Ly was beyond helpful making it extremely easy to book everything I wanted to do while in Hoi An.

Everything was perfect

Everything was amazing. The owners are wonderful people, very kind and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast very tasty. We used a lot of tips from the owner and thanks to her our trip was even better. Best experience so far in Vietnam!

The homestay is 5-10 minutes by bike outside Hoi An. It has a really nice chilling area where you can have breakfast, read a book or chill with others. The breakfast is good as well. Best of all, the owner is super helpful if you need anything from recommendations to a bus ticket. You can always text her and she responds within 10 minutes. It really feels like you live with the family. Also bikes are free and there is a local market at the end of the street which is cool to see. In my opinion, it is much nicer to stay a little bit outside of Hoi An. Makes the experience more authentic.

Terracotta homestay was a special experience. The host created a very nice atmosphere there and it had a homely feel to it. One of my favourites homestays so far ☺️

Ly was an exceptional host- she was generous, funny, caring, attentive & went above and beyond to ensure we had the most enjoyable/stress free experience in Hoi An. The distance from the city centre made it a lovely retreat from the chaos & it was a short distance on a scooter or bicycle. I would visit Hoi An again just to stay at Ly's homestay.

Nothing, it was perfect.

It was amazing! The room was comfortable, spacious, good A/C and quiet. Ly was really helpful and kind throughout the whole stay. She made me ginger tea when I got sick while in Hoi An, and provided us with loads of information about tours/activities, as well as booking transport for us and recommending local places. It couldn’t have been better for us. Such a great location - very quiet and free bicycles to get into town in ~10 mins. Loved our stay with Ly and her dogs!

Set in the countryside and next to the river but away from the hustle bustle of the tourist area. So, it's really quiet and fresh. The host Ms Ly is very warm and friendly and helped us during our stay. It's a good place to take a break since we had spent 4 days in Hoi An already. You can always hire a motorbike or use the free bicycles. You can spend your time making pottery next door and painting. You can also visit the Pottery Museum next door.

Very Warm and welcoming owners. Location within 15min cycling from town and in the middle of Pottery and Fishing villages. Facilities sparkly clean.

The stay is at a wonderful location in the peaceful part of Hoi An. The owner was super friendly and supportive. The rooms were clean and all necessities were available at home. The owner even helped us get bikes for local travel and guided us on basic things to ensure while traveling around the town. We had a wonderful time at Hoi An. Definitely worth coming back.
