住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿，或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住，都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語，若有需要，也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處，也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊，以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。

I loved everything about Milner Manor, from location to friendliness of the staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Very comfortable and clean facilities. Best breakfast. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it. 👌👌👌

The air conditioner didn't get warm, though there was an electric blanket I had a bit of a cold night.

The bathroom window didn’t open. I look forward to some ventilation in there.
I love how we had everything we needed for the stay. We didn’t lack anything and the staff was attentive.

I loved everything.
Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the staff welcomed us warmly. The breakfast setup was great and the breakfast itself was amazing. Their fruit salad is also amazing! My family is still raving about it.
