We are pleased to report that our holiday accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way, and we couldn't find anything to be critical about. There is quite a bit of noise from the street below but the sound proofing is very good when you shut the doors and windows. But this is no fault of the accomodation.

Marie is an excellent host! She made sure she was ready to meet us on arrival to give us the keys and show us the place. She also kept communications open with us via whatsapp which made us feel confident she would be available if we needed anything. The location and view of this accomodation is amazing! We spent so much time chilling on the balcony taking it all in. There are also many restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as 2 small grocery stores and a liquor store. The beach is also right across the road. The building has an elevator as well as parking access. Overall we were very happy and would definitely stay here again!

The view was great (especially the tinted windows!), well stocked, everything worked, lovely decor. When we ran out of gas they changed it in 10 minutes!

The apartment is beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and settee. The response was great, gas ran out and was replaced within 10 minutes! Views are wonderful too.

Extra heater in winter would have been nice. It was really cold inside.

Location excellent, with great view of the beach with good outside furniture. Kitchen new and well equiped. Beds are really good, Also very comfortable with 2 bathrooms.

Close by bar at the back can be a little noisy depending on the wind direction

The location is excellent - litterally a few meters and you're on the beach. Good restaurants all in walking distance . The accommodation itself is very homy and comfortable, full Table Mountain and ocean view. There is everything you will need even for a long stay - free wifi smart tv, dishwasher and lock up garage.

Noisy when the bars close, and people are going home.

The view is unforgettable, the unit is beautifully renovated and furnished and fully equipped. It is walking distance from several restaurants and right by the beach.

The fact that we had to leave. There was nothing to dislike

The location. The apartment was indeed a home from home (with a view to die for...) All the possible amenities that were required to make our stay comfortable and easy were provided. Marie was suburb in that she forewarned us about the loadshedding schedule. Hence, we were able to plan our vacation around it.. the views were absolutely amazingly beautiful. Will definitely return.

The nightlife was very loud. Cars racing in the street in front of the building, and the clubs behind the building went on until well after midnight and early morning, making it difficult to sleep without earplugs - but if you are looking for that type of fun, then this apartment is close to it.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. We could see that a lot of time and effort were spent decorating the apartment and making it so comfortable for us. And off course the view to the sea and beaches were spectacular. The apartment is in walking distance of excellent dining places, and the beach is right in front of it.
