Perfect location in a quiet area with beautiful rooms. Enjoyed chilling in the patio and pool area. Host took care of us throughout the entire duration.

Rooms were spacious and clean, braai area and pool my kids really enjoyed, the effort you put in providing breakfast it delicious.

There's nothing we didn't like as we arrived late, went straight to bed as we were tired.

It is a tidy, quiet place with friendly staff. Their breakfast also accommodate everyone even our 3 and 6 year small kids.

One area for improvement is the in-room technology, which felt outdated. Upgrading the plugs, TVs, and related amenities would enhance the overall guest experience.

I had a pleasant stay at Acacia Guest House. The staff were exceptionally humble and courteous, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood is calm and tranquil, yet conveniently close to the city center and nearby shops — ideal for both relaxation and accessibility.

The owner/host made us feel unwelcome from day 1 until we checked out. The receptionist is helpful and the cleaners are friendly. We will not stay there again even though the room was clean and comfortable.

On Friday night we discovered that there was no electricity and we were forced to bath with cold water. We reported it and it was fixed

The host was not approachable, not that friendly. He was possibly tired. Getting hot water is a mission. When you turn it completely to hot side the water is cold. There is a mid-point where you need the lever to be for the water to get hot.

Bed was comfortable. Was able to use their kitchen for utensils and microwave to warm up my child's food. Safe parking with electric fence.
