The food was excellent, We ordered a meal in the evening which was delivered to the room and we used the Microwave to heat it later as the kitchen closes at 5pm. Excellent Lasagne and salad. Breakfast was fantastic omelets with great fillings

I think there is a need for a communal area where guests can relax.

Lovely old house with a lot of character. There is a good on site restaurant but unfortunately it closes at 5pm. One can however have food delivered to your room and reheat it if you don’t want to eat early. Not ideal but convenient. We enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant and they have lovely goodies on sale. The hosts were very pleasant.

The room we had was situated in one corner of the property that didn't have any view. The lighting in the could be upgraded. Coffee/tea making facilities could be better.

There is a very nice restaurant on the property. The room was n good size and the bed was comfortable. The property has a huge and very nicely maintained garden.

Rooms 1,2 and 3 need a thorough renovation. We were lucky to be moved to a good room upstairs in the main house!

Beautiful old house with very comfortable beds. The owners were very friendly & helpful & gave us opportunity to choose any room that was available. Although the restaurant was fully booked, they made a plan to accommodate us for dinner.

The owners dogs - Pugs - were a bit intimidating for our Schnauzer, but not a problem.

The onsite Deli & Restaurant were an unexpected bonus. We had a meal delivered to our room just before they were closing. The garden is spacious & children & dog friendly. The restaurant functions as a coffee house with al fresco tables.

Smell of cigarette smoke in the room (left there by previous guests?) , the broken glass on the cupboard (dangerous for kids) - otherwise was lovely

Accommodating for kids, they had plenty of space to run around and a trampoline and jungle gym to play on. The restaurant was lovely as well, we enjoyed the food

Accommodation was as described. We appreciated the personal welcome from the owners, and the on-site deli restaurant was a fantastic bonus for tired travelers. We will definitely choose their accommodation again.

my booking was wrong and i was not informed. My son and i had to share a bed, when i booked a room with 2 single beds. There was no water in the morning for us to bath, we just wiped our faces and brushed our teeth with the water that i had bought form a store nearby. We had to leave very early at 6h30am, so there was no time to try and deal with the waterless taps in the bath and basin. we were very disappointed by this.

This property is in poor condition. There is no reception, the property opens to a messy garage, and the garden is unkept. Our bedroom was opposite a dirty pigeon coup, a possible health hazard. Dirty windows, tatty towels, broken shower door and no bathroom mats.

This is the worst accommodation I've ever experienced.

The shower head was broken and so nearly impossible to have a shower, water squirting everywhere. Soap dish hanging on by 1 screw and the bathroom felt a bit grubby.

The location was good and the gardens were very nice and well kept. The outer appearance of the building was really wonderful.

The property is wonderful - room is spacious, with aircon, tv, wifi, wonderful beds for a good nights sleep. The is a big, lush, mature garden under trees where you can eat / drink and the kids can play - perfect spot for children. Trampoline, flat garden for running around, jungle gym, all fenced off for safety. I loved all the beautiful flowers, vegetables and fruit trees. The deli, restaurant and coffee house on site is amazing - great variety in choice and delicious. This really is an all-round stay especially in comparison to what else is in the area. We will certainly be back. Thank you. An added bonus is the owners who run the B&B and restaurant - love supporting local farmers. We will be back.
