Ross and Karen were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the cottage itself was wonderfully cozy, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The beds were absolutely heavenly, and having such a lovely little café right next door was a real treat. The location was fantastic — a perfect place to relax and enjoy every moment

The property is in the perfect location within Wilderness. Once you’ve parked your vehicle, everything is within walking distance. The room was very comfortable, clean and homey. The host & owner were both very accommodating and exceptionally helpful and kind. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back again.

Such a quirky property with good parking, great location. Safe to walk around to the bars and restaurants. Comfy beds and nicely decorated. Lovely hosts who accommodated our late booking.

The gate to the property is left unlocked at night and we had luggage in the car. Felt a bit uneasy. No burglar bars on window and with no locked gate we were not keen to open the windowa.

The location is prime. Super centra,l within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The rooms are cosy and beautifully kept. It's also attached to a fabulous coffee spot with amazing coffee and delicious snacks. The hosts are so welcoming. Will definitely be coming back.

We weren't told about the cleaning fee prior to arrival. We were told about it as we were checking out and we didn't have cash on us so it slowed down check out. Only a minor issue and didn't ruin the stay but it would of been nice to know this beforehand.

The house is in a great location and all the rooms had en suites which was great especially for a large group.

The family unit we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable, allowing us to comfortably do different things at the same time. The cleanliness was great.

We absolutely loved Wilderness and Amber Light Cottage was absolutely perfectly located and had everything we needed. Ross was incredibly helpful and the connected coffee shop was so great and had a lovely community feel. Will be coming again!
