The fact the room had no TV, air conditioner was not working.

The location is next to the beach , the room is very clean and stuff friendly . And everything we needed was provided. The shower was amazing and has nice hot shower all the time

Unfortunately, the property itself is not well maintained. There was a persistent foul smell, likely from various foods cooked in the building. The kitchen appliances were old and not very clean, and the bed linen felt very worn. The service could also be improved, as the staff seemed to lack basic hospitality skills.

I stayed at Amoris Sea Point and have mixed feelings about my experience. The best thing about this property is its location,absolutely perfect! It’s just a short walk to the beach and close to so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions. It’s a very convenient spot for exploring Sea Point and the surrounding areas.

The dripping water from the ceiling was showing maintenance issues.

The room had a nice view if the ocean and was clean.

The fact that the patio door did not look. I tied it shut from the inside with a cable I had, for safety. The old hard worn out bed. Stains on the carpets and linen. The blocked shower that I had to mop up afterwards with a towel for half an hour, squeezing it out in the cracked basin every minute for 30 minutes. The see through blind directly onto the shower. I could see the person on the kitchen across the way.

Location, off street parking. Cheap but I did get what I paid for. If that’s the case I will pay more, elsewhere.

The manner in which my payment and booking method was brought across to me, made me feel guilty or like i had done something wrong. State of repair is not being maintained. Location os awesome though!!

When I first got there, they told me they will accommodate me in another place because it was sold out, being the reservation made more than 3 months in advance 😳 The Aircon in my room was not working, and it was hot they personal was kind enough and brought kind of a fan (small heater fan) not too useful but it was what they had. My stay was to work so I was not much in the room but it was not a good start and the Aircon put me off. Apart from that it is passable, just that ..no sea view...at least on the floor rooms.

Old. Rooms seriously need an upgrade. Linen was stained, and some handles were missing on closets and windows. Aircon made the power cut, so it was not able to be used throughout our stay, even though staff promised to have it fixed. Very strict on pre-payment, even though full payment on arrival is offered by Booking.com. They advertise parking, but there's just space for one or two small vehicles in the driveway and one on the sidewalk. There's so much potential in this property, but sadly, it's being seriously neglected.

Aircon not working/no back up fan. Pool furniture was poor. Old. Broken. Reception guy was okay but could've greeted with a smile and make us as guest feels welcome. He is okay . But just some more hospitality. Also suggest that time in the morning could be 11h30 for latest because we came to take a break away but had to be early . Other than that. It was good and peaceful. Will be visiting again

The (bed) linen was torn, and we slept there for 3 days with that linen. We were at room 5, the room is spacious but needs a fresh look, like changing mats to tiles. The kitchen utensils needs to be upgraded. The pool needs renovation and upgrade. I hope you won't feel embarrassed by my comments. Looking forward 👌 for response.
