For me, I believe it would be awesome to stay in summer. Ideal with atriums and ventilation etc. Now our stay was in winter. It is cold 🥶. The bedroom requires another heat source (ie gas heater or so). Otherwise than that, the 9.9 rating is well deserved

Nothing really. Can just imagine that in winter the unit might get really cold since the inside doesn't really get sun.

Very spacious and upmarket. The location is fantastic - one can walk everywhere. supermarket around the corner, good restaurants a mere 2 blocks away. Seeing that the unit is located within a kind of estate, one also feels safe. Great kitchen for self catering - on arrival there was coffee pods, sugar, spices, milk, 5 liter water, olive oil available plus complimentary Montagu Muscadel! Owners clearly thought of everything.

The place was very clean, and really impressive. Very high standards maintained all around. This is really worth a visit and we will definately visit again.

No breakfast served but the kitchen is perfectly and very tastefully equipped for simple home-made meals. It also has a Nespresso machine.

Our only criticism would be the lack of garden loungers with an umbrella as the UV is exceptional. This would have allowed us to enjoy the warm weather without the danger of sun exposure. The outside space is large so this would be an easy addition. We couldn't find the BBQ which was listed on the Booking.com site.

This is a unique property, whilst fully enclosed and private there are 3 outdoor courtyards linked with bifold doors to the lounge bedroom and large well fitted kitchen. We were welcomed by Clive, the owner, and shown round this amazing apartment. Our stay was greatly enhanced by the thoughtful goods provided by the owner. Too numerous to list were the many things provided for our use. This is almost unique in our experience and is a huge compliment to Clive. It certainly enhanced our stay. The large kitchen is excellent and fully equipped. Additional lighting provided for the load shedding.

We visited during a cold spell and the wood-burning fireplace was most welcome, but insufficient to warm the entire place.

Another World is absolutely beautiful! There is great attention to detail. One feels totally private.

Not being able to use the pool

Everything, the place is stunning, the only recommendation would be that the pool being a heated pool during the winter months as the outside pool is one of the selling points when looking at the property...

We were slightly disappointed with the lack of intense heat from the weber gas braai, but that was so minor and definitely not enough to spoil the weekend.

Our host was excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped with good quality products. The design of Another World is amazing. The integration between interior and exterior spaces was a great feature and very skillfully thought out and rendered. with the moveable doors being easily adjusted to the amount of fresh air and outdoors. The small slash pool and outside shower was an added bonus. The dressing room / closet made for easy access and kept the other spaces open and neat. This wonderful venue would work very well in summer or winter. The bird life in the early morning and evening was delightful. Would stay again.

Nothing really.

This a stylised and different accommodation. All the internal doors/ walls fold back to open the whole place up to the open air. Lots of natural light. It's just really different, we thought in a good way.

The outdoor plunge pool looked lovely but was always too cold for us to get in!

The entire house was beautifully furnished and equipped. Anything we needed, Clive was happy to provide. Plentiful hot water and towels, beautiful fresh flowers in the bathroom. A decanter of Montagu sweet wine, fruit and other provisions on arrival! Clive’s attention to detail was tremendous! Wonderful walking paths nearby, some very steep and very hot, others quite easy and gentle depending on the weather. Montagu is a very quaint town.

We loved everything

It was really an unique experience. Beautiful place. We didnt need anything. The peace and tranquility was devine and we had two days of bliss and time to reconnect. Our host was friendly, warm and inviting. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience we will defnitely be back ❤️

Wow what a beautiful place this is to stay. Spend 2 nights of our honeymoon here and it was the best decision. Its definitely meets the expectation of the name, "Another World".

The bed is a little too high, if a person get up at night, it might be a problem. But the rest of the stdio is lovely! We will definitely come and visit again.

What a beautiful, quiet, clean and private stay, in a secure, gated cul de sac. The house has everything you could need, and the host Collen was superb!
