Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We couldn't find the aircon remote as well. - No streaming facilities like Netflix, etc. For such a high price, I feel checkout should at least be at 11 to give the guests some time to actually gather themselves. 2- 10 is not enough time for the price.
I liked the outside area, really soothing with the sound of the water fountain.

Comfortable, clean, friendly, welcoming. Great bed and pillows. Nice mirror and ligting for doing hair and make up. Bedside tables with lamps. Plugs for chargers helped a lot. Aircom was great.

United KingdomThe fact that a lot of the time I had no water to shower or flush the toilet for days at a time, I was having to pour water into the toilet tank to flush. This was a civic problem however l feel that there should be a back up plan such as water storage tanks that are kept full at times when water is available. This spoilt holiday as life was very uncomfortable due to the heat and lack of being able to.shower.

South AfricaThe owner was not welcoming at all, she asking us sarcastic questions, like have we booked before and do we know what is a meaning for BnB. Just because we thought it was guest house. When we inquire about the pool if we can use it, she basically told us we can use it if we will not disturb her guest which got me little lost cause I thought we were also her guest. Another comment which seems a bit off, she told us her pool is very deep and if we can not swim will drawn. I think we experienced a worse vacation ever, we asked her about the near by restaurants, she told us there is however they are very expensive as if we can not afford.
