One thing that could be improved is the absence of a dishcloth. After washing the dishes, it was a bit difficult for my partner and me to dry them properly. We ended up using toilet paper as an alternative, which wasn’t ideal.

I recently returned to Vignes Guest Lodge for a stay in April 2025, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements since my last visit. One of the noticeable changes was in the bathroom amenities. During my previous stay, there was no toilet paper provided; however, this time everything was well-stocked and ready for use, which demonstrated attention to detail and a focus on guest comfort. Another great improvement was in the kitchen area. Last time, the lack of sufficient cutlery was a bit inconvenient, but this time around, there was more than enough cutlery for both my partner and me, which made our stay far more enjoyable and comfortable. The management has listened to feedback and taken steps to enhance the guest experience. I appreciated the effort, and it made a big difference. Looking forward to seeing how the lodge continues to improve in future visits

The only downer was Saturday evening our neighboring guests did not know that the walls were paper thin and not sound proof, they played RnB songs straight into the early hours of Sunday whilst singing along. I eventually had to knock on the wall at 2am. If it can be emphasized to the guests that after 10pm it's quiet time and that they should be mindful that the rooms are not sound proof, that would be great.

The host Diane was amazing, always available and very welcoming and friendly. Location is close enough to the mall and not to far from the beach, although we ended up spending the day at the beautiful pool instead.

Slight ant problem, you can't leave your food on the counter for even just a minute. There was a bit of dust on the furniture and the room could've used a bit of sweeping as well. Stove available but no pots.

One of our room's tv was not working and also one of our room's bar fridge was smelling like it was switched off for a very long time.

Did not know the guests house was busy with maintenance when I made the booking. Hammering and grinding in the morning when I was still in bed I did not appreciate. And the one morning when I wanted to make coffee and charge my mobile device. The electricity was obviously turned off without prior notice. Because of the maintenance I suppose. Management or owner could allow guests to swim later than 8 especially in summer
