Noise levels from the local pubs and restaurants late into the night. Dishwasher not working and no dish washing cloths available to wipe down counters, only sponges. No round 2 pin plugs provided for the hairdryer although we found an extension cord, it kept cutting out so advisable to either take your own hairdryer and round 2 pin plug.

Great apartment located in great part of Big Bay in Blouberg. Very comfortable. Building is very clean. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

One of the secure doors was not working on entry ( security was advised but we stayed a week and it wasn’t fixed)

Because the apartment is on the corner of two streets and across from busy restaurants and bars it can get quite noisy, you get used to it after a few days but if you are noise sensitive then be aware of this.

This apartment has everything you need - we especially appreciated the little extras such as hand wash, hand lotion, beach towels, dishwash soap and body wash. Well furnished with Wifi and streaming TV. Fabulous view - you can look out onto the beach and it makes for great people watching ;-) Security is great - you can only access with a remote and there is 24hour security, we felt very safe. Secure parking is available. Downstairs is a Vida E coffeeshop and a Simply Asia and across the street are loads of restaurants to choose from. Two malls are down the road, we loved Table View Shopping Centre. The property manager, João and the host, Bryce, are both very welcoming & friendly and we felt in good hands. The apartment also has a washing machine and a dishwasher which make longer visits an absolute pleasure (we brought dish washer pods and wash powder along from home).

The wifi did not work at all. We could not watch TV and sports or games. Replace some chipped plates, cups.

Location was excellent, loved the coffee and that the property had all crockery etc.

I loved everything, Martin and the staff were so friendly. It's worth the money that I paid. They have everything the only thing that you buy is food as it's a self catering.

Even though it was self catering, the were many restaurants to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. They were very close, the were malls to do shopping the way you like, there was spur and it was 5 minutes walk. The view was excellent, you can see everywhere, the sea view, Robben Island view and the pool with a view I loved and enjoyed them.

The towels though...those stank. Couldn't use them for anything. There were roaches as well.The night front office people could be a little more friendly but that's not a deal-breaker

Loved loved loved the location, the view and how comfortable the whole place was. Such a safe neighbourhood with restaurants and malls close by. Michel and Didier at the reception were a great help. So kind and easy to talk to and offer guidance. Would definitely.be back.

The ad said toiletries are supplied so we didn’t pack soap and shampoo or shower caps. They only supplied hand wash and lotion. No other toiletries.

Everything about this place is 100%. It's exactly as seen on pictures. Staff are so friendly and very helpful. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. A home away from home
