Unit's window is cracked, the place was full of ants, and the bed is very noisy. The shower door doesn't close properly. Unit's devider is so thin that you can hear everything the other tenants do and say. Although the stay was reasonable at R1300 per night, I would recommend they do a little bit more to make it feel like home.

the Room was not as indicated on the photos. The bedding was totally faded, old and the towels were old and bleached. the location of the room makes it not very private. the establishment is very noisy with people in the entrance foyer talking resonating in the room.

I was having a problem of a WiFi signal ,there was ants on the sink , if maybe you could atleast other sink to wash dishes , table cloth also was needed .

Booked late on Saturday as we had car trouble- was irritated about extra charges for parking and a deposit they required which I hadn’t seen upfront, perhaps my fault but didn’t see on booking info and then we were downgraded to a dorm room without reimbursement due to leak- sweet lady but would not stay again or recommend.

Small narrow spaces . Small room , small bathroom small bedroom no little space to move . My room sliding door was stuck couldn't close or open so in the day no fresh air and in the night could wind blow in the hole night

Room did not have windows. And your rooms door is always closely connected to another room that you can hear someone fart or sneeze in the room next to you. They can do something to sealing up the doors for more privacy from your neighbors.

I didn't Like the ants in our room but Carlton got us Doom. We did not receive enough towels too.

I liked that the shops were in walking distance. The beach too. The staff was so friendly and welcome. David, Moffat and Carlton they made our stay for ever memorable. Please buy food. We had a bar fridge and couldn't stock up. We loved sitting in the lounge the couch is very comfortable. The kids enjoyed playing outside in the back yard. We were disappointed as it was not what wa advertised but we ended up having an awesome stay.
