The host and staff were fantastic and very helpful and accommodating to us we arrived early and checked out a bit later due to circumstances and they allowed us in earlier. As well as checking out later. Rooms were very comfortable

The location is excellent for visitors to NMU. Rooms are very spacious and the house was so so spacious. The deco is beautiful very good taste. Very nice outside area with huge pool. Nothing to complain about.

When I got there after 12:00 the staff was not there and I had to wait long before checking in. When I wventually checked in, I left. Upon my return I rralised that the room I already took was given to someone else from the group of colleagues i was there with.

The only downside is that there is no shaving points for men. At times the towels and cups were not replaced in the room however when we asked for these items they were replaced immediately. That would be followed by an apology from the owners. We were looking forward to using the swimming pool but it was not properly cleaned. Having said all of that it is still a nice place to stay. The owners and staff were very lovely bunch.

The staff and owners very friendly bunch. They are warm, caring and attentive to the needs of the guests.

I feel like Bunitrix could be an excellent guest house if there were just a few changes made. We were a large group of people, so I cannot speak for everyone, but in the room that two of us were staying in, there was no soap in the shower, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, there was one coffee mug despite there being two people in the room. These are small things, but together they add up to a sense of the guest house just being unprepared.

The guest house itself is lovely with some great shared spaces - two large, comfortable lounges, a beautiful pool, and a lovely dining area. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly, allowing us to drop off our bags early in the morning and just generally being very accommodating.
