Wasn't aware that cleaners only come in before checkin or after checkout. Would have been happy to have received a courtesy call at least 2 days prior just to notify us about things.But besides this all was good.

Place was great ,clean and tidy ,excellent view ,friendly staff @ reception, security very helpful, we also had family over that stayed longer than the 4 hours we were allowed but wasn't an issue...Overall a great weekend at a beautiful place my family and I loved the place and would love to own a unit here someday. There wasn't anything that I didn't like... just wanted to give feedback on what is needed... an extractor fan is needed in the en-suite and it stated that a clothing iron is provided but the box was empty and we spent the weekend in creased clothes.

It was a beautiful apartment with stunning views. We enjoyed our time on the estate... the private beach was beautiful beyond words.

The check in process was so lengthy, staff weren't the greatest and allowed people to cut the line based on race. The estate should consider the travel time of guests and the forms can be filled in before arrival. The beds and sofa's were quite hard and uncomfortable.

The apartment was lovely, well equipped and had beautiful views.

It would be great if reception gave guests a schedule for load shedding. Would be very helpful for guests to plan their activities. Also, security should be reporting guests to management when rules are broken, like smoking in the unit

The scenic view is awesome. Unit was absolutely clean and we felt at home. The images on website is exactly what you get when you're at the venue. Definitely going to be booking again soon

There was no provisions for loadshedding.. the unit definitely needs better facilities/provisions during loadshedding especially since it was stage 6 loadshedding and electricity was gone for 4hrs at a time.There wasn't even a candle yet alone an emergency light

The location, privacy and staff were wonderful The unit was clean and had lovely heaters to cater for the cold in winter.

i think a better arrival experience. I also was not happy with booking.com advertising free cancellation but the full amount was deducted within minutes of booking. and there was no option to cancel.

no breakfast, we went out, the breakfast options on estate do not exist. However, we had a chef with us who was excellent.

Noisy guests who did not quieten down even after security intervened. Long weekend! No fault of the facility owner/management. Specific unit did not have load shedding contingency lighting as other units had.

Overall it was perfect, but the host could improve with WiFi, Netflix and maybe some solar lights as we had loadshedding twice a day during our stay.

My family and I loved our stay, to us it was the best situated unit, with a perfect view... it was clean and it had every appliance we needed. We had a beautiful stay and would definitely choose to go back.

We had informed the property owners of making arrangements for cleaning services but this was not done We were charged for towels even though we stayed for 5 nights

The property is located in a nice place along the South Coast and all main beaches are nearby

Accommodation needs an upgrade.Furniture needs to be upgraded.Carpets and curtains are old and dusty,Smell of the apartment is damp.The shower Heads needed to be replaced and drains cleaned ,which was done after notifying cleaning service.Cleaning service should be apart of package and should be daily including change of towels daily and bedding.vaccum carpets or change to tiles.Airconditioner should be in all rooms.Extractor fan in communal bathroom very noisy when light is on,needs to be replaced.
