We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaWasn't aware that cleaners only come in before checkin or after checkout. Would have been happy to have received a courtesy call at least 2 days prior just to notify us about things.But besides this all was good.
Place was great ,clean and tidy ,excellent view ,friendly staff @ reception, security very helpful, we also had family over that stayed longer than the 4 hours we were allowed but wasn't an issue...Overall a great weekend at a beautiful place my family and I loved the place and would love to own a unit here someday. South AfricaThere wasn't anything that I didn't like... just wanted to give feedback on what is needed... an extractor fan is needed in the en-suite and it stated that a clothing iron is provided but the box was empty and we spent the weekend in creased clothes.
It was a beautiful apartment with stunning views. We enjoyed our time on the estate... the private beach was beautiful beyond words.

South AfricaThe check in process was so lengthy, staff weren't the greatest and allowed people to cut the line based on race. The estate should consider the travel time of guests and the forms can be filled in before arrival. The beds and sofa's were quite hard and uncomfortable.

South AfricaIt would be great if reception gave guests a schedule for load shedding. Would be very helpful for guests to plan their activities. Also, security should be reporting guests to management when rules are broken, like smoking in the unit
The scenic view is awesome. Unit was absolutely clean and we felt at home. The images on website is exactly what you get when you're at the venue. Definitely going to be booking again soon

South AfricaThere was no provisions for loadshedding.. the unit definitely needs better facilities/provisions during loadshedding especially since it was stage 6 loadshedding and electricity was gone for 4hrs at a time.There wasn't even a candle yet alone an emergency light

My family and I loved our stay, to us it was the best situated unit, with a perfect view... it was clean and it had every appliance we needed. We had a beautiful stay and would definitely choose to go back.
