The peace and quiet and the amazing views. 5min drive from Constantia village Shopping centre, with a number of restaurants. 3 min drive to an a selection of restaurants. Good local road links, easy to get to the V&A Waterfront, Table mountain, Cape Point, excellent roads.

We had an amazing stay at Constantia Vista Guest House in Cape Town! The studio apartment we booked was perfect for us, with a beautiful view of the mountains, city, and sea from the large windows and the big, well-equipped terrace with a tent for protection from the elements. The generously filled fridge and welcome bottle of wine were lovely touches. We enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen, which was a true gem! We were impressed by the attention to detail. The studio was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with very warm and homely style. The linen was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the owner and manager were extremely friendly and helpful. They even arranged our transfer to a nearby vineyard. We felt like we were meeting old friends, as they were so warm and welcoming. The view from the studio is the main highlight, with the sunrise and sunset colours being truly breathtaking. It's also a very romantic place, perfect for couples. As globe-trotters, we've had the privilege of staying in many wonderful places, but this one truly stands out. We're not often inclined to revisit places we've stayed, but Constantia Vista Guest House has won us over. We're already looking forward to our next visit to Cape Town and can't wait to return to this wonderful place.

Constantia Vista is located in the smartest and a very safe part of Cape Town, overlooking the first vineyards established in the Cape ( Groot and Klein Constantia) and with views across the city to False Bay. One could spend all day enjoying that view). Very convenient for Kirstenbosch ( ten minutes by car) twenty to the city ( at weekend) and the same to Muizenberg, Fish Hoek and the Atlantic seaboard. Easy to find, it took us only an hour to reach from the winelands even though it was rush hour. The host, Ian, could not have been more welcoming and was always willing to help with any query we had. There were basic amenities like tea, coffee, milk and bottled water together with a welcome pack of beers, soft drinks, bottle of wine and chocolate in the kitchen when we arrived. There is every facility e.g. washing machine, microwave, cooker that enabled us to live as we would at home and there is a very good shopping centre about three minutes drive away at Constantia village. The rooms we had were spacious, the beds comfortable, plenty of towels and a large swimming pool. I would heartily recommend Constantia Vista and will be staying there again on our next stay in cape Town.

Constantia Vista really is a GEM for holiday accommodation! Stunning serene views of Cape Town. The open plan apartment was perfect size and space for a couple. (Family accommodation available on site) Bed was comfortable with view of cpt. Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine. Bathroom has a stunning view too. Mr Ian is a fantastic host.

We stayed in the Garden Cottage and had a fabulous stay! The views are breathtaking and we enjoyed making use of both pools and jacuzzi. Quiet and tranquil up there with sounds of nature surrounding you (including the peacocks 😅) will definitely recommend & visit again!

That i didnt book this place for my entire stay.

Ive been trying to find the right words to describe my stay and all i can say is amazing. Anyone who is looking to recharge in a quiet, beautiful and friendly place, this is a place for you. I was sad to leave, almost felt at home how great this place is. Highly recommend this place, trust me its worth it :-)

Beautiful location . Stunning view both from the balcony and bed . Impeccably clean . We were left welcome drinks and chocolate which was a lovely surprise. Sia was so friendly and helpful . We would definitely love to come back and stay here again .

The location was excellent and the views were fantastic. The apartment was spacious and loved the shower. Sadly the weather was a bit off so we weren’t able to make use outside area, or the pool and hot tub. The owner Ian was very helpful and accommodating when we had to change our arrival date. We would stay there again.

A minor issue for us was the AC unit, which was a bit noisy, but apart from that no other complaints.

We wanted somewhere to use as a base whilst in Cape Town. Constantia Guest House ticked all the boxes for us. It was in a quiet location, but within easy reach (5mins by car) of many restaurants, a shopping mall and petrol station. The view of the Cape Town area out to the sea from our room was superb. The room itself was well-equipped with everything we needed.

No bottled water provided - it would have been nice to at least have some to start with on arrival. while the windows provided a spectacular view, due to the arrangement of the apartments/suites, I felt a little exposed as other guests walked past. None of the rooms are particularly 'private' due to the arrangements of the rooms, and the pool and hot tub are communal, so the rooms that face onto the pool get very little privacy. The drain in my shower was very poor such that I almost flooded the bathroom each time I took a shower (and I don't take long showers)! I did mention this to the owner but nothing was done about it.

No breakfast was included. The room contained a nice bottle of red wine, two cans of beer and two bottles of soda. When asked if the tap water was potable, I was told it's best not to drink it for the first few days - BUT they don't provide any bottled water! The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean with lots of towels, including towels for the pool area. The view from the room over the valley was spectacular. There was a tiny safe in the room for valuables, but not big enough for iPad or laptop.

We liked everything. Ian is a super host, very entertaining and making sure his guests are happy. On our arrival we found a bottle of wine, water, beer, soft drinks and a bar of chocolate and we even had "Betthupferl" on our pillows! Siya and the team were fantastic. Everything one could possibly need in an apartment was provided, and it was kept in pristine condition.The outlook from our balcony (penthouse) was magical, day and night, and shops and restaurants were just a short drive away. We were really sad to leave and shall certainly try to return on our next visit to Cape Town.
