住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿，或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住，都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語，若有需要，也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處，也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊，以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。
理想上，不論是正評或負評，我們會刊登所有收到的評語。但我們將不會刊登包含或涉及以下內容之評語：

The sound of the people upstairs does resonate through the walls when they use the bathroom so I would guess being on the top floor is best? This is the only tiny negative I could think of. Highly recommend a stay here.
The breakfast is outstanding, served in the room with very pleasant staff. The lovely owners suggested and booked our restaurants for ease of stay. Always helpful. Definitely return here. Great stay for J Bay Surf Competition for us as evenings right near dinner spots and only short drive to watch competition by day.

Charging for coffee in the room is the only negative.
Amazing location, host was extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great.

We had a wonderful one night stay at Diaz 15 . Our host Coenie was so very welcoming , helpful and kind . The rooms were very spacious , super clean, very comfortable , the kitchen had everything needed , the views were absolutely stunning . Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had and the staff was lovely . We cannot say enough great things about this gem of a place . Thank you Coenie .

Location stunning, best managed guest house we have ever stayed in. The staff were lovely and the accommodation was in a charming, spacious, light filled suite. Could not be faulted.
