Cate and Natalie are amazing hosts and we really love the place. The rooms are huge and clean, the bed is very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Also the breakfast was great. There was a small buffet with all the things you need and both ladies were very friendly and helpful during the stay. We will come back or meet in Barcelona.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at the Double Dutch. Kate and Nathalie greeted us when we arrived with a warm welcome. We were upgraded to the Pelican suite, a real treat. The suite is decorated and furnished to a lovely standard and comes with a large bathroom with a shower and rolled top bath. The wow factor of the suite is the view of the garden and lagoon, the gardens are immaculate and full of beautiful plants and flowers, a real paradise! Kate and Nathalie served a delicious breakfast, we enjoyed sitting in the breakfast room enjoying the views. Kate and Nathalie recommended two local restaurants during our stay, they were both fantastic. Nathalie displays her amazing artwork in the guest house, what a talent! We could not leave without buying one of her prints, we will always look at the print and remember our stay at the Double Dutch. We highly recommend the Double Dutch, wonderful owners who care about their guests and the service they offer.

A delightful property run by the lovely hosts Kate and Natalie, who welcomed us with a much needed cold beer and wine . Great views overlooking the bay and out to the indian ocean. A lovely pool area to unwind in and large comfy rooms tastefully decorated including many of Natalie's own works of art . Breakfast was very good , would not hesitate to stay again .

We loved everything about Double Dutch, our room was beautifully appointed with the most amazing views over the bay and direct access to the swimming pool. The room had everything we needed, including a nice choice of wine in the mini bar and complementary snacks. Our hosts, Natalie and Kate were wonderful! So welcoming and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

Where to start! My father and I loved everything about this property: from the owners (I cannot stress enough how heartwarming they are!), to the staff, to the amazing location, the view, the facilities, the room. When you arrive, you immediately get greeted by two very friendly smiling faces. Klaske and Nathalie make you feel straight at home. We weren’t too sure what to do in Knysna, but within 10mins, Klaske had already booked our activity for the next day, and had booked a fantastic restaurant for dinner. We also had some laundry we wanted to wash and had missed the daily pick-up, but there again, we were given a wonderful recommendation for a laundrette in the area (laundry was done within 24H and this during Christmas time). Breakfast was always a treat as both Nathalie and Klaske are there to greet and interact with their guests. And when we were lounging by the pool, Nathalie came around to ask us whether we needed anything. The atmosphere is very familiar and homely - like a home away from home (which is exactly what my father and me needed). Our stop in Knysna and ultimately our stay at Double wDutch is our favourite of our whole Garden Route trip and we cannot wait to go back. Everything has already been said by others - this is a really, really good place to stay in Knysna. Nat and Kate gave us so many good tips about restaurants and what to do and we felt really taken care of from the first second we entered the premises. We would love to come back!

The B&B is well situated with the chalets' verandas overlooking the water at Knysna. Our hosts were helpful and we followed their recommendations for dining and shopping/local markets etc. The property is about 5 min drive from the centre of Knysna and generally we enjoyed the pleasant, friendly vibe.

Double Dutch is magic, and the ladies who run it are amazing. A short drive off the main access road to Knysna, the B&B has amazing views of the waterfront and the Knysna Heads. The property itself is beautifully designed and maintained, and the rooms are excellent. Breakfast is prepared by the owners themselves and starting your day watching the scenery is bliss.
