Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThere’s absolutely nothing to fault. Everything, including the seamless communication regarding the key breakage fee refund after checkout, was hassle-free.
My stay was absolutely wonderful. The place was spotless, situated in a peaceful and safe area. The owner went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful gift in our room, which was such a kind gesture. During check-in, he explained everything clearly and kindly. We were provided with clean sheets that were changed regularly, and pool towels were readily available when we went to the pool. Every little detail was taken care of, making the experience truly exceptional. Highly recommend this place!

South AfricaSome units do require a few flights of stairs to get there ..just a heads-up if you have elderly or infirmed members. Otherwise not an issue.
We came as a group of 8 and ended up 'borrowing ' cutlery between the units as well as rearranged furniture to accommodate our big group. Nothing was too much trouble for Mandy and Zauco. Wonderfully obliging hosts. Anything that needed attention was seen to immediately. Large spacious units with aircons. 2 min drive to the beach. Awesome beach. Daily cleaning was provided by friendly staff.
