We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaWe waited for an hour without someone opening the gate for us, But they told us they lost one of the staff members, Sis Thembi(Condolences to the family)..I wish they communicated to us that they’ll be no one to welcome us and what time would be convenient for us to arrive, No enough towels, Bar fridge door not closing, Food terrible! They should cancel breakfast all together and turn it to self catering instead, Bath tub had holes, If you don’t have straight transport, Don’t go there, There’s no Uber/Bolt, There’s cabs you wait for 10 hours, Very expensive cabs, We didn’t even know about such, We had to go around and ask, Worst trip I ever had, Not going to Margate ever again 😣

South AfricaThe TV is very small and DSTV connectivity network was poor The wifi connection was very poor it never worked for us Breakfast they serving it at 6-9 that's very early when you there to relax We arrived at 9h00 for breakfast and the lady moaned about that yet they only prepare on order it's nit like it's a buffet So if they knew that we were they they should have our food on stock but they were so upset that they didn't give us yogurt Day 1 everything went well we asked for water to dilute juice as itbis too strong they brought water day 2 when we asked them to bring water as well they showed us the water dispenser WoW But cleaninliness I give them

South AfricaThey could clean the toilets better. In the passages it's very hot and stuffy - installing aircons could help. They could add more varieties in their breakfast options, because we kept repeating the same food for 3 consecutive days.
Our room was perfect for our small family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the aircon was working fine. The water was hot and nice in the shower. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The Lodge is in a great location, closer to the beach and amenities.
