1. Two toilets for 6 rooms is insufficient. Toilets are old and no non slippery mats in both. Shower were not working properly. 2. Basin tab was not working 3. Gate alarm sound kept on ringing 4. Cockraches in the kitchen 5. Kitchen door not locked 6. Toilets windows very old and need repairs.

The beds were comfortable. Very close to our conference venue, walking distance.

Booked the place for 16h00 got there and the room was still not ready…had to sit outside for about 20 minutes while they clean the room…I got there and the stuff were very mean and disrespectful

The TV in our room never worked,toilets were always wet after people showered(open showers) with no curtains.We arrived the Friday and until we checked out Monday morning nobody came to fix the TV. People check in for a few hours to have sex,make a noise while we trying to sleep because we had a race the next day.

I liked that were close to the mall and also not far from the town.Beds were comfortable and staff were hands on.

The doors to be left closed during winter and some mops in the shower, otherwise a very clean facility.

There was no breakfast served, but the doors being left open early to air the place, ridiculous in this cold weather. It left a cold stench in an otherwise decent facility.

My stay was horrible

There was nothing to like. On the first night, they did not give me the room I booked. They gave me a room with a bad door. The door was so hard to open or close plus there is a R700 penalty fee sgould you damage anything. But there door was too hard to open. For 20 mins I tried to open it luckily I called someone to help open the door from outside. On second night, I was never offered towels or any amenities. Wow

There was no water for the days we stayed. No much effort made to make sure we have enough hot water. They should have made a plan get an Urn.There was only one bath basin for more than 8 guests,used small kettle to boil water. It was a very traumatic experience shame.

The communual kitchen was very dirty when we got there .. Our second room was not ready with check in and only after a call a second room was given to us. There is no curtains on the windows in the bathrooms so people can see in while you are using the bathroom. In tne bathroom there is a broken blind but the toilet seat is so loose that one can easily slide off it. There is also no hooks for you to hang towels and no shower curtains so when you shower everything gets wet. There was food in the microwave when we wanted to use it so that wasn't very higienic. The 'braai facilities' is a single braai that is not very stable. Luckily we brought our own kettle, plates and cutlery because the kitchenware is not matching and all over the place which makes you feel that you are using someone else's things. Oh and do not expect a terrace as stated on the app. The descriptions on the app is very misleading and false advertising.

Check-in time way too late, showers are open - No shower curtain or booth and now the water is everywhere thereafter they expecting the guest to clean and even put up a note a person must clean his or her mess which is disgusting. Drove all the way when I went to check-in my room was not ready and I was so tired at the time.

Mattress quite firm, but I slept very comfortable. Bathrooms shower a bit of funny setup. No Coffee & Tea. A bit noisy being situated on main road.

It takes clients on an hourly basis for sexual encounteres at all times of the day an night. This I witnessed myself and was confirmed to me by some of these clients. The shared bathrooms are inadequate. The showers are not enclosed. After a shower the slippery tiles of the entire bathroom are wet and poses a serious possibility for injury. They are communal spaces, but are not cleaned for tge next user. The clothes line runs through the so-called leisure area outside. The room I had is the one in the adds and clearly the best they have. The carpet is treadbare and dirty. No hanging space or cupboard. The plastic chair is probably the best feature, unless you are impressed with an over-sized TV. The curtains are too long and hangs in folds on the ground. The small plastic table is a joke. There is not even a decent chair in the room, only one plastic upright. In the bedside stand are a great variety of condoms available - not my idea of a B-n-B. I spoke to the friendly staff on various occasions as to my experiences and what I observed with regards to their working conditions. They are being exploited to my mind. The kitchen space leaves much to be desired and what cutlery and crockery rhat is available, suspect. There is no access to water in the room, no basin, no kettle. There is no lobby, reception or lounge in the place. The impression is that every nook and cranny became a 'room'. Seeing the majority of clientele I suppose that the idea that one truly wishes to have a basic decent place to stay hasn't crossed the mind of the owner. Frankly it seems like a flophouse doubling as B-n-B

Hair everywhere and pretty sure the bedding was not changed after the previous guest. Sleep and go, can be rented per hour. The AC stopped working 3 days prior.
